I am hydrogen, brian, and robert.

My Self-Summary

ive lived in the city for 6 years now...just north of wrigley field...and im a huge sox fan...makes no sense. im really sarcastic and tend to make people laugh without much effort...ive been told i should write sketch comedy...might try it. i attended "the" northern illinois university...corporate communications...not using an ounce of that right now. i hate using capital letters when i type...but love using ellipsises.

What I’m doing with my life

im a chicago union electrician whos free time is spent listening to music, reading, watching sports, attending concerts, attending sporting events, mustering up the energy to go to the gym. a lot of my travels over the years have been music or sport based.

I’m really good at

adding fractions with unlike denominators.

The first things people usually notice about me

i look about 7 years younger than i am and my unique sense of humor. after that...eyes maybe? they change color...dark brown, hazle, green...like a mood ring. maybe i should get that checked out...

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

books i REALLY enjoyed: the chris farley show, sex drugs and cocopuffs, fierce invalids home from hot climates, nickel and dimed. i like mysteries.

in the early days of film, those who worked on the set were called "movies"...good fellas, the big lebowski, waiting for guffman, schindler's list, rainbow brite and the star stealer.

music is an important part of my life...i like jazz, jam bands, old hip hop, bluegrass, motown...a lot of stuff. radiohead, phish, talking heads, grateful dead, a tribe called quest, de la soul, beastie boys, bob dylan, charles mingus, wes montgomery, dexter gordon, miles davis (if peein your pants is cool...), ahmad jamal, frank zappa, hall & oats, the whole marsalis family, john cash, the kinks, les claypool, marvin gaye, al green, the supremes, smokey robinson, say hi, stevie wonder, tool, ween, wings...this could go for a while...

i could eat nothing but mexican for the rest of my life and have no problem with it...foods REALLY important to me too...i was inches away from culinary school...love to cook. best invention of the past century? crock pot...

The six things I could never do without

...aforementioned crock pot, live music, my pals, oxygen, food, water.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

why im always thinking. seriously...my gears are always spinning. ive really been thinking about how im gonna retire early, buy an rv, and travel.

On a typical Friday night I am

paintin the town red with the boys or paintin red towns on canvas.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

this one sucks...whos idea was this? im sure they no longer have a job...

You should message me if

you arent high maintenance, materialistic, suicidal.
