My self-summary
“There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all of time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and it will be lost. The world will not have it. It is not your business to determine how good it is nor how valuable nor how it compares with other expressions. It is your business to keep it yours clearly and directly, to keep the channel open. You do not even have to believe in yourself or your work. You have to keep yourself open and aware to the urges that motivate you. Keep the channel open. ... No artist is pleased. [There is] no satisfaction whatever at any time. There is only a queer divine dissatisfaction, a blessed unrest that keeps us marching and makes us more alive than the others”

― Martha Graham

That quote expresses to me the meaning of life. I am a creative person and I see the world through a creative lens. I let my intuition, instincts, emotions, and passion lead me through life.

As for relationships, I believe they need to have 2 things: 1) a space between two people of safety and support, allowing for honesty, vulnerability, acceptance, understanding, and non-judgement. 2) a source of passion and inspiration, encouraging and supporting creative, emotional, and spiritual growth within both individuals and within the union of the two. Everything else is optional.

As for me, I am super laid back and easy to get along with. I am incredibly silly, fun-loving, kind, generous, geeky, and filled with big dreams and ideas. And there's nothing I love more than sharing those things with others.

You should message me if
You want to discuss film. (check out my sadly abandoned film blog: https://filmwithmeaning.wordpress.com)

You want to create something together.

You like taking the initiative to message first when you see a profile that intrigues you.
