My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am on a journey of self, and my life is better than its ever been before. I am changing myself on a daily basis, reading inspirational books, playing, working, growing, practicing.
If you find me down crying or spacy I probably just had a light pointed at somewhere I need to grow, don't worry its a good thing.

I am in a committed open relationship.

I seek play in my work, connections with people, cooking great food, fantastic electronic music.

I like to be high on life, sober!

I have an 11 year old son, he lives with his mom.

Its important to live well, feel good, make new friends and meet new lovers.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I am changing my bodywork practice into one based on coaching, bodywork and food and I'm shifting to a bigger picture all of me format revolutionizing an industry.

I focus a lot on my sobriety, orgasmic meditation, and burning man. I love dancing to electronic music, appreciating art, and beauty.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Putting my attention on you, Hula hooping and infinite games.
The first things people usually notice about me

You mean I have to pick?
Hmm, right now I am reading a lot of spiritual growth books. well,.. maybe not reading so much as audiobooks. I like Sci-fi too.

I like Movies even though I haven't seen many lately, The last movie I saw in a theater, was randomly at the right place at the right time and walked into a theater knowing nothing about what I am going to watch. Usually my favorite movies are dramas, or romantic comedies, bonus points if I cry.

Shows, its been weeks since I watched much TV, lately I watched almost everything Joss Whedon wrote or directed. HUGE Doctor Who fan!

Pandora not Spotify, that is all about that.

Food! One time I considered myself a spoiled rotten food snob, LOL. I have an allergy to wheat, just throwing that out there. I am Paleo/primal primarily cooking my own meals.

Im sure there is a lot more I could expand on.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Black coffee or very good espresso.

Feeling my body

OM, fear inventory and stillness meditation

Hula Hoops

Community and connection.

A great tub, sauna and cold plunge (thank god for Kiva and Harbin)

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How I can be more present. Feeling where people's edges are and playing up to but not going over them. Fine tuning my skills of saying what I think and asking for what I want.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Going to crazy town, and looking for people who want to join me there.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
If you can get through my goofy, jerk, science-fiction, dork sides then you might just see the tender heart strong man that can handle anything life dishes out, after a good cry, and ask for more.
