My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I've often been described as hard to describe or understand. My life goal is to become like Elias Sandoval from the Star Trek episode "This Side of Paradise," or like the Dude from The Big Lebowski. I wouldn't bet on that happening though. I don't get to ski or hike enough anymore. I hope to one day teach literature in high school or college, although that's a very long way off. I moved to San Diego a few months ago and I still haven't gotten out much. This place is terrifying. There are so many things I just don't know what to do. That said, I'm many miles from home, which is Pennsylvania (and let me tell you that is one long drive), and don't know anyone in the area, and I'd love to find someone to go explore San Diego with. If there was a Hitchhiker's Guide to San Diego, I would buy it in a heartbeat.

Side note: currently living in Japan, be back later.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working more than I'd like to.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I think I'm good at a lot of things, but I don't think I'm REALLY good at anything. Maybe sleeping and making people feel awkward. I seem to do those things a lot.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I dont' know the answer to this question and thinking about it makes me feel uncomfortable, so I'm going to make up a new question.

What are you favorite quotes?

"Yeah, well, you know, that's just like, uh, your opinion, man."--The Dude, The Big Lebowski

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Star Trek, mountains, tomato juice, my dog, gum, and more Star Trek.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Two things:

1. That guy, Lazarus, from "The Alternative Factor" in Star Trek The Original Series. He got stuck in between two universes with his crazy parallel self. Doesn't that just blow your mind?

2. Why can't I have a giant sword like Cloud Strife or Sephiroth?
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Reading a book, playing video games, or watching tv or something. I'm half-assedly trying to change that.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm 21 years old and I've never seen jurassic park, full metal jacket, or home alone.
