I am aware, doubtful, and slightly puzzled.

My Self-Summary

Can't really do this. Anyway, I'm in my forties, I share my time between Rome and Pescara - and - among other things - I'm
into music recording and publishing.
I'm a curious individual and rather interested in establishing connections with broad minded people.

Every now and then a good conversation with an intellectually challenging evening mate makes one reconsider the tempting
penchant for a gleeful isolation.

That's all, folks.
Now in Italian
.. E io dico:"non può essere vero.." E loro dicono:"non è più vero niente." (Cercando un altro Egitto - F. De Gregori)

What I’m doing with my life

Running my recording studio and indie label.
Traveling a bit.
Taking care of my flamboyant daughter needs.
Meditating, building and de-building.

I’m really good at

Aiming at the moon and hitting the stars.
Not taking good advice.
Avoiding truth-holders.
Filling up these spaces in the wrong language....

The first things people usually notice about me

I'll humbly ask around and come back with a statistically accurate answer.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Most of Borges stuff, Dost's "L'Idiota" and "Memorie dal sottosuolo", some Peter Handke novels and his "german cousins" Grass and Boll works, a lot of "mitteleuropa" literature, mainly Schnitzler, Bernhard and Canetti, further down the road Lernet-Holenia and Singer.
Among italian writers, especially Calvino and Pontiggia.

Movies.. I like french directors, Truffaut and Rohmer above all. Plus science-fiction junk..
Oh, I do enjoy Fox Crime tv series on Sky.

Music... most of it, from Monteverdi to Bach's Erbarme dich (La Passione secondo Matteo) to pop-rock icons like Bowie and Sylvian. Syd Barrett is a nail in the head.

Food? No japanese raw fish, that's all.
I enjoy dining with interesting people.

The six things I could never do without

Women who share thoughts for the simple sake of it
Certain books
Music
This pleasant and challenging feeling of inconsistency
The reassuring sunday evening tv soccer game
My kids.. well, of course.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

I'm extremely fascinated by the absurdity of life and by our odd urge to give it a meaning. Meaningless things are beautiful. The answer might be the question.

On a typical Friday night I am

In my recording studio, out with a couple of friends or teasing my children.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

My first teddy bear's name was Andrea....

You should message me if

You feel llke it.
