I'm Canadian, Ohioan, and I probably sang in the shower this morning.

Avid Netflix watcher. I now have enough toe socks to last the whole week. No chairs, only balance balls. Regular exerciser and video game player. I enjoy science, learning, and witty banter / exploring stupid hypothetical situations. Dark sense of humor. Sarcastic. Silly. Skeptic. Ambivert. I'm pretty smiley, and often laugh at my own lame jokes. I still giggle in the event of a fart. I keep the work place fun. Board game nights on Fridays. Pretty sensitive, with a sunny exterior and a fragile interior.

I may or may not own replicas of Sting and the Ring of Power.

I'm new to NY and am still trying to gel into the area and make new friends. I moved from Chicago for my new job and love it so far - I've been here for 3 months. I get to walk around the office in my toe socks and attend meetings in a bean bag chair.

I'm not sure what I'm looking for from this website, but I'm here with an open mind and a curious intent.

I'm pretty happy with where I am, finally feeling a scintilla of stability in life. I love my job. My "big dream" was to be a Game Designer, but after working with them daily at work I'm not sure I'd enjoy it anymore. I suppose I'm presently just seeing where the currents take me.

Picking things up with my toes, barely getting to work on time, knowing what you're thinking, articulating my thoughts, analogies, dressing up, dressing down, scrabble.

Honestly have no idea. I've been told that sometimes I dress "Geek Chic," whatever that means. So maybe that.

Sometimes, my face gets really red when I'm nervous or embarrassed. So maybe that.

Wouldn't these things be best discovered via intimate conversation under evening covers? (or at a coffee shop, etc.)

I love LOTR and the occasional Drama. I watch a lot of documentaries. Books full of magical creatures. Books that teach me things. Imagine Dragons. TV shows that are "main plot driven." eg. LOST, Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead, Dexter, Spartacus. Glee. Games that don't involve mindlessly shooting zombies/people/sajfskd for hours on end. I like stories. Carl Sagan's Cosmos.

Sometimes I sing so loud in the car that I give myself a headache.

You wanna be a goofball. You can hold a conversation. You're nerdy. You're not nerdy. You're intelligent. Intelligence is attractive. Especially in a potential partner in crime. Double especially if you can teach me something about something.

You have a career but you're not overly obsessed with it.

I'm also pretty picky about who I date so I am currently only taking candidacy submissions from individuals who can differentiate "your" from "you're" and "their" from "they're" and "there."
