So I absolutely love my life and all that I am and have accomplished. I have two degrees, traveled to 12 countries and 30 states, live in cozy loft, have a secure job that is helping build my career, great friends sprinkled around the world and the best family a girl could ever ask for. Though not rich I want for nothing I couldn't make happen. In 2012 I accomplished all my immediate post college 5-year goals. That list included joining the US Peace Corps, getting a Masters degree, traveling the world and starting my career. This year I am focused on setting and working toward new goals with a future family in mind. If I could change one thing about my current life it would be connecting with the person I intend to love, support and hold down for the rest of my life already...so here I am working on it.

People often tell me that I am one of the most thoughtful and insightful people they know so either its true or they are lying to me.

Most people usually notice my lips and/or my smile. Then they notice my laugh. I literally squeal when something is hilariously funny.

Books: Alchemist, The Bell Jar...really enjoy non-fiction and poetry
Movies: Documentaries...I'm a realist that likes real things
Shows: I don't watch much t.v. but I do find shows online, start from season one and work my way through. Right now I am working on Grey's Anatomy, Scandal and True Blood. I do tune in to singing shows like X-Factor and The Voice. I watch/read the news everyday!
Music: Anything...seriously. Check my Pandora stations for proof but my favorite male artist is John Mayer and if you get to know me you will eventually understand my love for Beyonce. I listen to pop radio when I get dressed in the morning so I know all the lyrics to the top 40.
Food: American food is my least favorite overall. Rice with any kind of sauce makes me happy. Spicy food, flavorful food, cheap street food all work for me too.

On a typical Friday night I am looking for something to do other than hang out at a bar or club. If I can't find an alternative I am sitting on my polka dot couch surfing the internet, watching a documentary or listening to music while eating tacos. I LOVE TACOS!
