My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I just got back from one of the best trips of my life in Costa Rica. Now that I'm back in a new job at a company I love, doing work that's really meaningful to me.

Here's a list of truths.
- I'm Canadian
- I play hockey once a week
- I work out regularly
- I've spent my childhood doing life developing activities like building houses and a cottage
- I snowboard, wakeboard, and recently I've learned to surf and kite board, but I've never been on a skateboard for more than 30 seconds
- I own 2 GoPros and use them regularly
- I spent my childhood in rural Canada
- I spent my teen years in urban Canada
- I went to University in Downtown Toronto
- I love being creative, and I'm always up for brainstorming
- I'm very confident because I'm never done growing
- I love dogs, but my landlord doesn't ...
- I'm ENTP (Myers Briggs)
- I'm romantic (so if you think the way Aaron Paul treats his wife is sappy ... you might want to stop reading and move on)
- I'm Goofy/Silly, ... but it takes me a little while to open up this side of me
- I'd rather spend time with you in person than try to sell myself here.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Experiencing as much of it as I can! Ironically I thought I was moving to California to further my career. It turns out there are far more interesting things to do (and talk about) then that.
I loooovvveee being active. Working out, playing hockey (can't let those stereo types go to waste) windsurfing, mountain biking and about a million other sports all make life worth living!

I get to experience this all because I have a great career where I get to wake up and love what I do every day. I lead a team of engineers in SOMA trying to help people save gas and drive better.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Listening. Thinking outside the box. Making the best out of any situation.
The first things people usually notice about me

It has varied over the years, lately I've been told I look like Michael Phelps.

Oh and I LOVE Ted talks, I hope one day I can give one myself.
Here's a recent example of one of the a talk that has taken my breath away Amy Purdy: Living beyond limits I'm always trying to find new inspiring talks to add to my list, any suggestions - I'd love to hear them!
The six things I could never do without

2. Pushing my limits physically
3. Pushing my limits intellectually (see a pattern here?)
4. Doing GoPro worthy adventures
5. Ambition & aspirations (ask me, and I'll tell you all about it)
6. Yogurt - cause its awesome
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How to think exponentially. Thinking beyond what other people are thinking. Thinking about what's beyond what's next; from global warming to technology, how to better the world period.

Although I will be the first to admit I'm awesome, I also think deeply about how to be smarter, faster, stronger, better (person).
