My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Well, the World Cup is over. My team didn't win. But I'm over it!

Ok, so I'm quite weird, and kind of a nerd, but in many ways I am really quite normal...! Really I am!
Someone once advised me to not "shoot myself in the foot" by revealing such things right away, but hey, why not?! I believe in honesty.
I like staying in shape, doing physical activities, for example, running, weights, bicycling, playing soccer, tennis, surfing (not often enough though, living in Minnesota! ;-)
I'm not a hard-core fitness person though.
I'm so glad winter is over! My Wednesday night (outdoor) soccer started up again!
I also do like to watch some sports - my two main teams that i follow are Los Angeles Galaxy and Bologna Football Club.
I like to ride my motorcycle - hang out with friends - cook delicious vegan food!
I am affectionate in a relationship; i like holding hands and touching.
I love the ocean and mountains. I think I'd like to try camping sometime in the desert southwest.
I'm relatively intelligent; I can be skeptical, cynical, yet also naive sometimes.... I may seem shy sometimes at first - thoughtful, passionate, hedonistic, a bit sarcastic sometimes, laid-back, spontaneous, honest, kind, loyal, sometimes silly and dorky.
No fishing or hunting please; but, I have done some target shooting occasionally. Gotta prepare for that Zombie Apocalypse! ;-) (and don't forget the Cardio!:-)
I have been in bands - I love to sing and play music - I sing in the car, and might break into song sometimes or quote songs in daily life.
What else...?
I like to try new things. (But not skydiving.)
I am on here trying to find a person to connect with -- I am not just looking for dates. Ideally I am looking for a "relationship". That being said, I am not desperate to rush into anything. I don't plan on going on dates every week just for the sake of going out.
My future plans include re-locating to somewhere warm, maybe in 5 to 10 years, so it would be cool to meet someone who is open to that. (Or who already lives in a warm climate!)
Examples: california, italy, france, costa rica, uruguay, arizona, etc?? ...
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Playing music - But currently between bands. Right now I'm working on getting an acoustic duo together. I play guitar and sing. I also play bass, and have played both guitar and bass in various bands. My most recent band that just broke up, was a country band. I was playing bass and singing... Nothing famous that you would know - just your standard honky-tonk bar band band; .... I have decided I am going back to playing guitar now.

Working - I do have a day job too, in software support.

Hanging out with my 18-year-old autistic son.

I should mention that I'm not a huge activist - I'm not pushy about veganism. In fact, I try not to talk about it because some people get upset or offended. I discovered it, and learned about it personally, and so can other people, if they have the inclination.
I had one person tell me that vegans scared her. So yeah, I've got that going for me! :-)
However, I should also add that I don't know if I can see myself in a relationship with someone who eats meat.... but I am willing to discuss it!
