My self-summary
Ate. Yoga'd. Loved. And lost. But remain a true believer. Found life perspective on my 3 month backpacking stint across Europe. Seeking genuine connections; but starved for adventure.

I expect life to get messy. I prefer brutal honesty. I never give up and not a stranger to failure. I believe that the true test of character is not measured by hard you fall but by how often you get up.

Everyone has a story to tell. I'd like to hear yours.

"People who are negative tend to want to demean people's ideas. They say what they dont like, but they don't really say what they want to do. And it's very hard to have ideas. It's very hard to put yourself out there. It's very hard to be vulnerable. But those people are the dreamers and the thinkers and the creators. They're the magic people of the world. So strive to be one of those." -Amy Poehler, yep she's my fav.
What I’m doing with my life
I am a practitioner of Bikram yoga and the law.

Recent JD graduate. Pursued grad school to satisfy my grandeur altruistic delusions of social justice. Currently sitting for the bar and excited about my fellowship in LGBT social justice.

I received my certifications to teach Bikram Yoga in 2009. Legal is my hobby, but yoga is my calling.
I’m really good at
Rediscovering my yoga practice; sometimes deeply spiritual, emotional, physical and strangely omniscient. Only after finding peace and love within yourself, can you live at peace and love others.
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm a believer. I believe in humanity, equality, kindness and love. I believe in treating other people the way you want to be treated.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I admit shows are a bad habit I picked up in the senseless droning of academia. These include, but are not limited to: Weeds, Downton Abbey, Greys Anatomy, Hells Kitchen, Private Practice, House, Arrested Development, Fringe, American Horror Story, Walking Dead, Naruto, Bleach, Accel World, Desperate Housewives, Bones, Breaking Bad, True Blood, Game of Thrones, Family Guy, and more (seriously). Horror and dark comedy remains however my genre of choice.

My guilty pleasure is food. Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Mexican, etc etc etc. Try me. My all-time-best-hangover-any-day-of-the-week favorite food is Pho.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
living in the present; the meaning of life; love; happiness; the future husband of my kids; the paradoxes of our time; a world where diversity is not only blindly tolerated, but is in fact encouraged, appreciated and celebrated.

Surviving a major disaster, logically in SF it would be an earthquake but somehow my disaster preparedness pack always starts to look like a zombie survival pack. My new years resolution is to pick up a few survival skills for the impending zombie apocalypse.
On a typical Friday night I am
with friends, either cooking dinner or eating dinner, possibly barhopping, or just staying in playing board games or cuddled up on the couch watching movies/shows.
I’m looking for
  • Guys who like guys
  • Ages 18–30
  • Near me
  • Who are single
  • For new friends, long-term dating, short-term dating, activity partners
You should message me if
You believe that, with a little luck, two people, who meet at the right time and place in their lives, can turn into something amazing. Or if you have some useful skills to survive the zombie apocalypse and want to join my team.
