Let me be upfront: I am not looking for a relationship, I already have that. I want someone that I can have fun with, and who will have fun with me. If that might be you, drop me a line. I have made many mistakes in my life, but have used them to grow. I know that the real world is hard, but complaining does not solve anything, getting out there and doing something about it does.

I am married to a wonderful lady, who supports me in all that I do. Yes, she knows that I am on this site, and has no problem with it.

I am also recovering from a life-changing accident. There was a period of time that we thought that I was going to lose my leg, or never be able to walk again, but I am recovering, and my progress is nothing short of amazing.

Since the pictures that are posted here were take, I have lost quite a bit of weight. I must get some new pics taken to put them up. I am now commuting to work on a bicyle, and riding in long distance rides on the weekend. My goal is to do a 45+ mile ride in the Austin area in October. I still have a long way to go to be able to handle the hills down there, but I am in significantly better shape than I was 6 months ago.

I am working for a wonderful company that takes care of its employees. I do not make the highest salary for what I do, but I (mostly) enjoy the work and the people that I work with.

whatever I choose to do. I was taught that if you are going to do something, it is worth the effort to do it right. Yeah, I know that sounds conceited. I am not, I prefer to think that I am confident.

I am a little bit country, a little bit rock and roll. I refuse to stick to any one stereotype. Variety is the spice of life!

I like sci-fi and action movies, with an occasional horror flick tossed in for good measure. I sometimes enjoy chick-flicks as well.

I read a variety of things, mostly fantasy and sci-fi, with lots of other things mixed in for good measure.

I listen to everything from AKon to Rush to Vivaldi, with many, many others mixed in.

As far as food goes, I could live off of Chinese and Mexican, but I simply like good food. Of course, I now like quite a bit less food than I did (in volume, not in type).

Books, music, my computers, my legs (there is a story there), my biycle, food...

The past, so as not to repeat it; the present, for the here and now; and the future, to prepare for it.
