Hey all. I'm a young professional living in downtown Sacramento. I enjoy long walks on the beach. Well, it's true :) I'm a Christian guy looking for a Christian woman to get to know better.

What I'm doing with my life Propose an edit

I work full time at a small tech company in downtown Sacramento. I'm taking a couple classes per semester at the same time to finish up my degree at CSUS. I'm also a musician and play in my church's worship band from time to time and sing in the guys small group on occasion.

Piano. I play guitar, bass, and sing too, but I've been playing the piano since I was 5, so it has a few years on everything else.

My dashing good looks. Haha. Maybe my nerdiness. I also have pretty prevalent curly hair. When I chipped my front tooth a while back, it was my smile. Piece of advice: if you ever chip your front tooth, start out every conversation as "So, I chipped my front tooth..." It'll get the awkwardness out of the way. Otherwise they're staring at it the whole time while trying not to let you notice they're staring at it. Trust me on this one.
In general I'm pretty laid back, but can definitely get animated when things get exciting.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food Propose an edit

Currently I'm reading the Wheel of Time series. I love movies, especially ones that make you think. I really like TV crime dramas. My musical tastes range across the board (being a musician), but I am a big fan of big band jazz and swing. None of that smooth jazz crap. That's really the only music I can't stand. Don't get me started. But, if you like it, I might be able to overlook that personality flaw. ;) Pizza is always good. I've recently gotten into Italian cooking, so I have to put Italian food on the list. And, of course, cookies and cream ice cream is *amazing*.

I spend a lot of time thinking about Propose an edit

Work. School. Faith. Which house do I want to purchase. When is the next raid in WoW. What taste should I experience next become more cultured. What organization(s) should get my donations. Who's going to move into my new place. How does that guy on the piano in the "Play me off, Johnny!" skit play so incredibly fast. How should I modify my exercise routine. What can I do to make myself better for the person I end up with.

On a typical Friday night I am Propose an edit

Hanging out with friends, out to dinner somewhere or seeing a movie. Sometimes (less often) I'll be on a weekend trip; I love getting away and camping, but I don't do it nearly often enough. And sometimes I spend a night in if I'm wiped from the week.

I'm mildly hemophobic. Runs in the family. (Yeah, who would have thought a phobia could be biological.) Don't worry; I still enjoy the occasional horror flick.
