My self-summary
I love people, creativity and the popular arts, nature, psychological/spiritual teachings, and exploring the Bay Area (love that GPS!). I can be silly and serious, playful and thoughtful.
What I’m doing with my life
I enjoy spending time with friends, family, co-workers, and the clients I work with. I value quality conversation, going to restaurants or coffee shops, going to movies (including the Stanford Theatre in Palo Alto), new and used book/CD/DVD stores, museums, and live music. I work with people with developmental disabilities, more of a calling than a job. As a cartoonist and self-publisher, I write, draw, and color my own comic strips and comic book stories. I am also a comic book and comic art collector and historian of sorts.

I appreciate old (and sometimes new) TV shows and movies, listen to music of all kinds; e-mail, Facebook, and amazon.com. I enjoy nature and would like to do more hiking. I do not have any pets right now, but I do love animals. I have a deep love of psychology and spirituality: meditation, journaling, reading, DVDs and MP3s of spiritual teachings. I like satsangs and spiritual events, movement meditation, an occasional conference, a local Noetic Sciences group, and a nearby “Joy of Living” Buddhist group.
I’m really good at
Keeping promises… cartooning/creative writing… sharing… giving and receiving affection… knowledge about old TV shows, comic strips, music, movies. etc… psychological/spiritual conversations…
The first things people usually notice about me
I don’t really know… I never asked!

I am also fond of biographies and autobiographies.

The six things I could never do without
Here are more than six:

sincerity
love
friendship
curiosity
affection
creativity
an integral perspective
spiritual teachings and practices
depth (going beneath the surface of things)
the popular arts
a car
a computer
an iPhone
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How to quiet the mind! hahaha
On a typical Friday night I am
Out with a friends, or watching DVDs, or working on my creative projects.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I may have some anxiety about ‘first meetings or dates’ but I suppose this might be quite natural. :)
