I am an insomniac, with odd dance moves, and a love of snack food.

I've lived on both sides of PA and both sides of the country and I'm trying to decide what my next adventure should be.

I'm preparing myself for a big yard sale so that I will be ready to move into my new, smaller apartment in June. I'm also trying desperately to visit all of wonderful the museums I've neglected for so long and I'm pumped to start going to baseball games again.

My favorite books are by Frank Herbert (Dune being number one) and authors of the same vein. I also really like the book Watership Down.

I like western films, sci-fi, and I love a movie where the main characters fall in love through dance. My favorite 80's party flicks are Real Genius and Weird Science. A new favorite is Katy Perry's Part of Me.

I like to go to shows when I can and I am always looking to expand my mix tape collection. I like listening to my music on vinyl and I'm down with AM radio. Some favorites of all time are Talking Heads, Shellac, Bowie, Smashing Pumpkins, Working Poor, Weakerthans, Encyclopedia of American Traders, Dutchland Diesel, and The Fucking Champs.

Insofar as food goes I usually like to cook my own. Most of what I cook is vegan, although I'm typically more omnivorous when I go out.

public schools, a bicycle, dancing, cats, knee socks, and Halloween...If I was going to add a seventh it would totally be snacks!
