My self-summary
Creativity is important.
Being passionate about your interests is appealing.
Humor is mandatory :)

I've been paying my dues, waiting and treading water for too long now.
Cooking for one is such a drag right? Isn't everything is better when it's done with others?
I'm tired of excuses, I'm ready for some living... Just as soon as I finish with this dang house.
Oh right, no excuses.
I guess I mean RIGHT NOW.
What I’m doing with my life
UPDATE: I finished that house. Hooray! Then I got another one... So for the next chunk of time I will continue to be a DIY small potatoes micro tycoon.
UPDATE II: I finished that house too, No more buildings, unless it's a new solar house.
I am also involved with film projects, music production, land lording, and I have a small business that mostly deals with nerdy junk for rich people.
I’m really good at
Bass Guitar, Music Production, Board Games, Fixing Mopeds, Urban Renewal, Brainstorming Shenanigans, creative problem solving, making hummus, giving long unselfish massages.
The first things people usually notice about me
First impressions can be misleading and overrated.
I think it's the 2nd and 3rd impressions that should stick.

OK, 2-4-14 I just had a little chat with with one of my female besties tonight. We talked about online dating as she had done it before hitching up with current, now long term boyfriend.
She commented about how "90% of male profiles are misleading or straight up lies.

There is no bullshit in this profile.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Hands down, Kurt Vonnegut.
Too many movies to list.
Six feet under, West Wing, Parenthood, Freaks and Geeks, Community, Kimmy Schmidt
I have strong opinions about most music. This week I'm digging Born Ruffians, Brad Mehldau, old Liz Phair, Islands, and Paul Simon.
The six things I could never do without
I can do without, but I prefer not to.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How silly humans are.
On a typical Friday night I am
Wishing I still lived in Portland Maine.
Or maybe Brooklyn NY, but just for the weekend.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
-I kinda like scented candles
-I prefer blends over single orgins (that one's for the coffee nerds)
-I start wearing long johns in early November.
Scandalous! I know. I like warm legs.
-I don't understand why everybody thinks that Neil Young is so great. Seriously, try listening to Hey Hey, My My a few times in a row.
-Mayonnaise wigs me out unless it's in disguise as an aioli or another fancy colorful delight.
-OK.... we can listen to Neil Young if you really want to.
