My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I relocated back to St. Louis almost three years ago after spending the past few years living all over the country. College and job opportunities have kept me traveling both domestically and abroad.

I'm working on trying new things and seeking out adventures. Sometimes this means taking a last minute road trip and sometimes it means ordering the weird unpronounceable item on the menu. I suppose it is all a matter of perspective.

Looking for someone who wants to share the journey. Man that sounded I'm leaving it up.

Random facts:
People watching is one of my all time favorite activities. I like to make up elaborate back stories for the people I come across. I love the stories behind tattoos and wish I had more of my own. Chocolate & mint make me sneeze. I have a weird compulsion to watch Jurassic Park each time it plays on tv. I hate putting away laundry. While I'm not by any means a true outdoorsy person, being out in a park on a sunny day with my dog will make me ridiculously happy. I have legit career and personal goals, but I also want to find the perfect chocolate chip cookie and the perfect mac and cheese recipe.
What I’m doing with my life

Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.

Yelling at the St. Louis Cardinal's bullpen.

Let me say up front I'm terrible at favorite lists so I am going to ramble on for a bit.

I'm an avid reader. It's a constant battle at the library to get my hands on the most recent NPR featured book.

My taste in music varies but I like to stay educated across genres and time periods. I would leave modern country music by the side of the road and drive away if I could. Poetic right?

Tv: I'm one of those people who becomes overly attached to tv shows but rarely watches anything when it is on live tv. The Walking Dead is my only current exception. I can Netflix binge with the best of them and usually become attached to shows once they are off the air.

Food: I enjoy all things cheese, hangover food for Sunday brunch, quality pizza ingredients, all things Asian, language barrier restaurants and off menu ordering. Love to cook for other people and I'm constantly trying out new recipes.

Movies: I always feel like I should be more into this answer. I like movies. I don't lose my mind over a new release and I'll wait out most features for the dvd release. Although watching an action thriller and eating milk duds for dinner is a welcomed evening.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How access to affordable housing would solve massive amounts of other social issues.

How to replicate something I have really enjoyed eating.

My next vacation, real or imagined.

How I would manage in a zombie apocalypse.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hopefully I don't have a typical Friday night, but I'm most likely hanging out in a relaxed setting with friends. With baseball season in full swing, I probably have the game on somewhere.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I am a complete pansy when it comes to spiders. Seriously. I can barely trap them under things. Squishing is usually out of the question.

You can untangle Christmas lights without swearing. How do they get so mangled even though they sit and don't move for a year?

You are looking for someone who is genuine and comes with little drama or ridiculous expectations.

Please move along if you are a grown man who uses text speak in real life. Actually saying lol instead of laughing out loud in a social setting is not acceptable.
