I am a sum of all my parts. I am my work, I am my friends, and I am my hobbies. I am old school. I like the big solid machinery and the things that will never truly die. Part of me is metal, oil and electricity, another part of me is green and growing.
I have a love affair with dirt roads and cars. Trees make me very happy, though I'm not sure exactly why. I try to just appreciate the joy and not analyze it to much.

I want to find someone who I can share the beauty I see everywhere with. Someone who I can walk with in the winter at night, and who will be beside me in the summer rain.

I'm currently working full time as a welder, building up my resume and waiting to go back to school. When I'm not working, I'm hanging out with my friends, fixing cars and computers, or going on road trips to anywhere.

I'm amazing ar sitting down and analyzing things. My welding is exemplary, especially my skills with a torch. I'm not half bad as a writer when I put my mind to it, but sadly I don't make the time for it as much as I would like.

If it's during the week, I'm usually filthy. It can't be helped much with the work I do, and I don't know if I would have it any other way. If feels good to get dirty doing a hard job.
The rest of the time, I would have to say people notice that I'm a bit different. Nothing to crazy, but enough to always keep people surprised and on their toes.

My tools. I have so many different tools. Hammers, screwdrivers, socket sets, micrometers, files, welding setups...
My car, and to a lesser extent, my bike.
Pots and Pans. I don't cook nearly as much as I probably should, but I love to cook.
Access to a workshop.

What can I create next? How should shoes be made? Will this fixture work better with the stop relocated? And so on...

Working. But on Saturdays I tend to have dinner with my friends, with one of us hosting. If we are working in the shop, it's just pizza. Other times we go and try out different local restaurants.
Of course, at some point we will go shopping. There is always that something that we need to finish a project, and there is always a chance of finding something interesting in the clearance sections at Meijer.

The best kiss I have ever had was in my old truck outside of Barnes and Nobles. A dear friend and I had been talking about life and it's ups and it's down and the next thing I know, She leaned across the armrest and kissed my cheek. It was totally unexpected, and so perfect. I didn't really know what to do. If I ever receive another kiss that feels like that, I will know that I have found the woman for me.
