just joined a gym with a couple friends. lifting weights and biking and tredmilling for the first time in over 10 years seems like such a daunting proposition. thankfully it's next door to where we work and less than a mile from home so it's not like i'll have any excuses to not go right?

i've been a cop, a truck driver and now a restaurant manager. every so often i have to shake things up and try new things. would love to go back to school or move across the country.. am just waiting for the next big thing to happen.

minigolf, swimming, investigating a crime scene, riding a horse, playing lawn darts (im not much good at actual darts but i am always willing to give my all), reading an entire book from cover to cover if it's interesting, and using my better homes and gardens cook book to make dinner if i have someone to cook for

my sense of humor and perhaps my seeming lack of a filter. you know when you are going to say something but then think' gee maybe i shouldn't? well i don't stop and think that... i just say it. it can be a bit much or get me into trouble but the one thing you can count on is honesty and knowing truthfully what the answer is or what i think when you ask. i see it as mostly positive really.

Books: the hero with a thousand faces, physics of the future, the art of war, the da vinci code, bringing down the house, the physics of baseball, rigged, ugly americans, anything by chuck palahniuk or ben mezrich really. dan brown too

Movies: flash gordon, clash of the titans (original, not the crappy 2010 remake) animal house, caddyshack, true romance, stripes, boondock saints, pulp fiction, fight club, spaceballs, goonies, snatch, kill bill, ghostbusters, conan the barbarian, the matrix.

TV: Chuck, Family Guy, Ghost Adventures, The Office, anything on the History Channel, Dead Like Me, Arrested Development, Always Sunny in Philadelphia.. I basically like dark comedy ;)

music: pearl jam, seether, nin, dubFX, apocalyptica, motorhead, metallica, soul coughing, tori amos, nirvana, stone temple pilots, theory of a deadman, alice in chains, tool, soundgarden.

food: indian is a new favorite, chicken parm, american, getting more healthy lately and eating right which is a new and interesting development. more here to follow...

either working.. or looking for some shenanigans to get into. sometimes i go out and sometimes i stay in. sometimes i eat green eggs and ham but only on st patties day.

I don't like sitting in a chair or on a bench right after someone gets up.. sitting in someone else's butt-warmth has always given me the heebie-jeebies

if you want to grab a drink, if you need your back rubbed, if you feel like you need someone who can make you laugh around, and if you have a nasty bug or spider you need killed but its hiding in a high corner and you cant reach and wouldn't want to touch even if you could reach.
