I am a fairly simple person. I try to do my best to keep an open mind and practice kindness and compassion. Later on, one of my main goals is to become a social worker. When I was younger, I met someone who introduced me to social justice, and one of my high school teachers started a Key Club for doing service projects.
Since then I have enjoyed studying things like psychology and human rights. I try to not get too caught up in the book-learning aspect, but apply it in the real world as well through volunteer work.
Aside from that, I aspire to publish stories, poems, and nonfiction to share with the world and also to be an artist.
In my free time I like to explore different kinds of music. I like most kinds of music, but I particularly like world and folk music. A couple of my favorite songs are Celtic Woman's "The Voice" and IZ's "Wonderful World," which has a nice Hawaiian flair.
