My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Like most people in Seattle, I moved here from elsewhere, (Minnesota) and despite living here off and on for most of my life I only feel like I'm starting to belong here recently. I have your typical Seattle list of interests, including hiking, listening to folk-ish indie rock, playing video games, and binge-watching television online. I try to be reading at least one book at a time, but I end up being a very slow reader. I try to savor a good book.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
A few months ago a patient looked me dead in the eyes and said, "Brian, I think you're going through a time of great change in your life." I broke up with my girlfriend that week, then changed my diet, my career, and my educational path.

The real answer is that I'm trying to figure out what makes me really happy, what my interests are, and how to be the kind of person that I enjoy. I've been learning a lot about myself and my habits lately and I've never been happier at any point in my life.

I just recently decided to go vegetarian, mostly as an exercise to force myself to consider what I'm eating. So it's a little up in the air right now. Thankfully a town like Seattle has plenty of vegetarian options. Would you care to show me your favorite?
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I wonder if the caterpillar knows it will be a moth the next time it sees the forest. Or if it simply receives the signal that it is time to form the chrysalis. Do people know they're becoming adults, or do they one day look around to see the molted leaves of the cocoon and think how they were so in the dark back then?

How to be perfect men.
