Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books - my latest books: game of thrones (book 5), ulysses, girl who played with fire (finished 2nd book recently)... a couple of my favorite books of all time were celestine prophecy, the alchemist, count of monte cristo... i am fairly obsessed with reading.

movies - stuff that makes me laugh or go woah. I don't dig being sad really but I am ok when appropriate, a la Spotless Mind and Finding Nemo :p I love Grandma's Boy, funniest movie ever, and for a time Pulp Fiction was my favorite movie. It's still badass, but now I don't have a favorite. I do love a good flick though. I very recently saw Ted. You should see it if you like Family Guy.

Music - pearl jam, foo fighters, nirvana, minus the bear, decemberists, descendants, beirut, outkast, snoop, rhcp, smashing pumpkins, hole, strokes, shins, STP, Beatles, Curtis Mayfield, DMB, Radiohead, 311, incubus, mgmt, Elton John, Belle and Sebastian, the xx, florence and the machine, mos def, tribe called quest, postal service, rem, i'm in the middle of a big cheesy 80s kick right now (like Careless Whisper and the like) - wow i am always trying to check out new stuff and go see shows. I just saw Counting Crows at Williamsburg Park. It was kick-ass.

Food - everything and I do like a spectacle. mexican is probably my favorite but I like all the major hitters. I've been getting into some seafood lately (and by getting into I mean slightly more often that my once a month :p) - someone called me a foodie the other day but I don't think so (after recommending Meatballs (restaurant) to someone)

TV: Freaks and Geeks, Game of Thrones, How I Met Your Mother, Friends, Seinfeld, Family Guy.. don't watch too much, sometimes I'll run through a series. Breaking Bad is probably the next thing I need to catch up on.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
friends, wine, sunshine, sleep, sandwich, dental floss
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
life and what to do with it. Where I'm going. Trying to remember to appreciate where I've been.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm honest as hell to a fault. Ask me something but not if you don't want the truth. I also may or may not get misty eyed during some cheesy movie scenes.
