My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a native Chicago girl who's lived abroad and seen quite a few places, but Chicago will always be home. My main motivation is adventure, whether an afternoon wandering through a part of town I haven’t been in lately, a weekend drive up to Milwaukee, or a week on the Amalfi coast. I like to find off the beaten path attractions. Hoping to gain a super-cool travel partner that has a love for exploring... Thailand and Brazil are high up on my list!

I have a sweet (sour?) spot for sour patch kids, dirty martinis and yoga. I can be shy at first in big groups, but I've never been called quiet once I open up. That's most likely because I come from a big, crazy, loving family. Holidays include fun games resulting in ever increasing volume (we’re loud!) and always end up with a fridge full of leftovers. (It's the unwritten Italian code.)

Looking for a guy that is happy about where he is in life and ready for the next step. Someone that is looking for something long term that includes a family of his own one day. Naturally optimistic and can laugh with me to tears over the most random stuff. (Sarcasm is a spice of life, so bring it on!) One that is outgoing, affectionate and isn't afraid to step on the dance floor from time-to-time. Don't worry if you have 'two left feet' – I can teach you how to do the chicken dance for a nominal fee.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I love being a buyer! I get to travel, meet lots of interesting people and basically shop for a living. I’m an ambitious go-getter and I'm attracted to people who set big goals and put passion and effort into pursuing them. Even if your life's dream is to become the world's greatest thumb-wrestler, I totally dig it.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
-I'm full of the most random info no one would ever need (or want) to know, but I dominate at trivia.
-Parallel parking.
-I make a mean lasagna and killer guac.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
People sometimes like to compliment me on my "Cindy Crawford" mole.

My Pandora station list is totally embarrassing, but I own it... no shame! My mom is a massive Tom Jones fan. This resulted in me secretly being a big fan before the Carlton dance was even a thing. Guess the word is out now! But c'mon.... it's not unusual. (See what I did there?) Sushi is my usual go-to and I know, hands down, the top 2 places in the city. I'm also on a mission to find authentic brick oven pizza in Chicago that can compare to when I lived over in Italy... any suggestions?
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. My car
2. Sunglasses
3. Coffee (specifically my French pressed coffee. I'm fancy like that.)
4. Netflix
5. A good dirty martini with blue cheese olives
6. Yummy smelling candles. (Seriously, why would anyone want to do without?)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Where I want to go on vacation next. Frozen drinks with fun mini-umbrellas on the beach, or fancy wine in a pretty piazza? Such tough decisions take up my time!
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Out for dinner or a few beers with some friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm afraid of walking over sidewalk grates. And clowns. Both fears are most likely traced back to childhood sleepovers watching "It".
