Isn't one of the hardest things to do would be to write about yourself? Because you don't want to sound too full of yourself, or not say enough. Well, that's my problem right now. But, to start off with, I'm 24 years old, I work full time, attend college classes part time, and I have two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels who I love to death.

I'm a big animal lover. Hopefully he will be, too.

So, a little about me. Where to begin?

I'd like to consider myself one who knows what she wants. I want to find someone who will be a supporter, my best friend, a soul mate. I'm through with the games and the childish antics. So boys, if you're looking to play games other than video games, there is a back button. I do not welcome head games.

As of January, I have lost over forty pounds, and I have every intention in continuing to lose more until I get to the weight I desire. I have a personal trainer, so, you can see how serious I am about this. Physical fitness has become a big part of my life, I am changing and remolding myself in the best ways possible. Therefore, I reach my point of this statement. I am not a size 2, but I am me. If you can get over that fact and take the time to get to know me, you'll see there is so much more than physical appearance.

As far as some of my likes go, I enjoy getting out and doing things. I love traveling into the city and seeing Broadway shows. I read, a lot. I read a multitude of things, mainly history, romance and sometimes fantasy/science fiction. I like to cook and bake, sometimes I like to settle in and watch a movie. I have a bit of a nerdy side (And I think every woman deep down has one...we just don't like to always admit), and I'm not afraid to show it. If you ask if I like comics, I'll tell you my absolute favorite is Iron Man.

Alright, so, what am I looking for? (Well, what is anyone really looking for?) Well, I'm looking for a guy who's down to earth, who can keep it very real. I would like for him to know what he wants, and to just be himself. Nothing is more of a turn off to me than someone who tries to be someone he isn't to impress the opposite sex. So, if you have a nerdy side to you, don't be afraid to show it! You're a goofball? I want to see that side, too! I would love someone who can make me laugh. Nothing perks my interest more than a man who can put a smile on my face. An absolute must is a job. Fellas, you want to get to know me? You have to have a job, show me you have stability and you're not lazy. The same goes for having a car. I really don't think that's too much to ask for. I work, I have a car; you should, too.

I don't really have a preference on physical traits, it shouldn't always be about that, anyway.

Another thing, enough with the singular 'hello' messages. If you have nothing more to say to me then that, then go back to the other fishes. I want conversation. Engage me. If I were to be trying to get to know you, I'd be saying a little more than 'hello.'

I am currently a security officer for AlliedBarton Security Services. I work with special needs students and enjoy every bit of it. I attend college classes at night to earn a degree in Journalism.

My favorite books include, "A Night to Remember", by Walter Lord, "Nefertiti" and "The Heretic Queen", both written by Michelle Moran, and "Beautiful Disaster", by Jamie McGuire.
My favorite movies include, Iron Man, Captain America, The Titanic, The Mummy Trilogy, Sherlock Holmes, Due Date, Sleepy Hollow, etc.
In the category of shows, I will include my favorite Broadway shows: Catch Me If You Can, Young Frankenstein, and Wicked.
I adore Maroon 5, Train, Josh Turner, and show tunes.
My favorite foods are Italian and Japanese.

On a typical Friday night, I am sometimes out with friends; going out to eat or seeing a movie. I could be spending a night to myself and going to a bookstore to see the new listings. I enjoy going to the occasional bar and playing darts or pool.
