My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
"This is the sort of tedious nonsense up with which I will not put!" (I'm against the hanging preposition).

Named after Samuel Beckett.

I ride motorcycles, mostly old ones (newest bike I've ever owned was a '95). Please don't say "I hope you wear a helmet". Just read this: https://rideapart.com/articles/things-more-dangerous-than-riding-a-motorcycle

Currently I'm making some big changes in my life and I'm proud of it. Right now I'm all about dreaming big, taking chances, and seizing opportunities.

I try to live as critically and deliberately as I can. I don't mean I'm a tight-ass, I just try not to take anything for granted or make stupid assumptions based on social norms. I try to stay in motion, preferably but not always the forward variety.

Always trying to find a way of life that is alternative to the white-male centered, capitalist enslavement mainstream. I'm certainly not well-read when it comes to feminism, but I am pretty sure women should be in charge of a lot more stuff.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Reading Karl Ove.

Making film - corporate and commercial stuff to pay the bills, documentary and narrative to feed the soul. Living the freelance, feast-or-famine dream, which suits me.

I also work part-time building furniture and doing light carpentry. It helps bring in a few bucks, but mostly it's for fun, designing and building hardwood furniture, cabinetry, lamps, etc.

Riding motorcycles or bicycles, training for my third 1/2 marathon, meeting new people, breaking bad habits, moving on.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Adobe Premiere (ha, I used to put Final Cut Pro in this category; now that shit's for the birds).

Listening. Reading all day. Getting my ya-yas out with a good run or a MTB ride.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
blue eyes

i don't have it in me to bullshit - it's simply not worth the effort!

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I could do without this question.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
- motorcycles (as in: where can i ride it next)
- bicycles (mostly just when will i get to mtb ride next)
- tattoos (as in: what will the next one be)
- semantics (as in: why people say things like 'atm machine' and 'a whole nother')
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Fridays don't mean much to me in terms of work cause I work for myself, so I might be at a show with some friends, at home making dinner, out on the sidewalk wrenching on my bike, watching the Red Sox, or, hell, I might be working.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm currently making forays into the world of polyamory. I'm not really interested in a serious, vanilla relationship right now, but I haven't met that many people that I couldn't at least have a drink with! It's not that sex is the only thing I'm interested in, or that you have to be into the scene in order for me to care. I'm just not super available for serious dating, but I am interested in exploring new outlets.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You're bold, you're smart, you're irreverent, you're not scared of motorcycles, you're turned on by motorcycles, you're okay with people who work with their hands.
