My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Canadian born; raised in both Barbados and Toronto. Always trying to keep that small island mindset in this big city hustle i.e. "stay nice and relaxed and you can usually ride out all the bullshit". I think I manage to pull it off most days. Now I just have to learn to love the snow. Baby steps.

Living my life (ridiculously cliche as that is; it at least lets you know which okc users aren't zombies), meeting new people, having new experiences, and cheating death.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Spending my day to day as a Computer Technician and Consultant.
I spend my off time trying to stay in shape with Muay Thai and other 'exercisy' stuff; the rest is a mix of games, tv shows, reading, hanging out with friends, and finding cool places / events in the city.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Fixing stuff through tenacity (read: stubbornness) and ingenuity (read: stubbornness), giving good advice that I can't seem to follow myself, and problem solving.

I've also got geek prowess at the "vidya games" and the associated shit talking. Like a pro.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Physically? My height and my dreads being the most obvious, and also, I've been told, my smile, especially when you catch it between spans of "resting asshole face".

Other than that folks have said that I'm friendly, straightforward, and have a habit for dry wit and sarcasm, which I'm pretty sure is code for being obnoxious.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
I'm feeling that this is less a question and more a test of self control.

Books: A Song of Ice and Fire (series), American Gods, Good Omens, The Passage, Things Fall Apart, Horns, Small Gods; Graphic Novels like The Walking Dead, Saga, Locke and Key (this one's really good), 100 Bullets, Y: The Last Man, Fatale

Movies: Se7en, Ronin, In The Heat of The Night, Aliens, John Carpenter's The Thing, The Magnificent Seven, Pulp Fiction, Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Memento, A History of Violence, Dark City, Snow Piercer.

Shows: Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, Person of Interest, Luther, Rick and Morty, Community (most of it at least), Hannibal, In The Flesh, Fringe, True Detective, Utopia (;_;), Last Man on Earth.

Music: Rap, Hip-hop, R&B, Grime, Drum&Bass and House mostly, but I'll listen to anything with a good beat. I've got something I like in most genres. Been on an Indie Electronica kick lately.

Food: Japanese, Mediterranean, and Italian are some favourites. I'll try anything once though, with few exceptions.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
"could never do without" is pretty melodramatic, but aside from basic human stuffs...

The internet(s), good music, good books, good exercise, good food and, of course, good friends.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How I'm going to figure out the next "problem" I have to deal with; work, personal, imaginary or otherwise.

"Where do I go from here?" has been the common one lately.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Out with friends for a pint when I can, but I'm not above a quieter Friday night; hangin', chillin', little bit of illin'.

Whatever the mood suits, wherever the wind blows.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm not a fan of ice cream; Just don't care for it. Seriously, the world's supply could run out tomorrow and it wouldn't bother me. I may or may not be working on a plan to make that happen.
