My self-summary
I have a scar on my chest from a motorcycle accident, and a scar on my chin from a dog that bit me in the face. I don't own anything khaki. Apparently my sense of humor is so dry, it is flaking off.

I am lucky and grateful to get paid to do what I love: making music and film. I also love puppies, tattoos, helicopters, motorcycles, baseball, art, food, and many many other things (not necessarily in that order).

Stewed, screwed, and heavily tattooed. Soul rebel.
What I’m doing with my life
I schedule the lives of movie stars, and when not doing that, play in a band (sometimes multiple bands).

I also watch a lot of baseball, see a lot of movies and bands, eat, and ride my motorcycle.
I’m really good at
Brunch. Doing really important things on Instagram. And procrastinating... I'm going to live NEXT week like it's shark week!
The first things people usually notice about me
My copious tattoos usually tend to be a conversation starter...
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
"What really matters is what you like, not what you are like. Books, records, films, these things matter. Call me shallow. It’s the fucking truth." -- Rob Gordon, "High Fidelity"

Waaaaaaay too many to list, but I'll name a few:

Anything by Bukowski (Ham on Rye, Hot Water Music, Women, etc.), The Metamorphosis, The Stranger, A Farewell to Arms, Brave New World, Lolita.

Run Lola Run, Requiem for a Dream, Vertigo, Breathless, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Fight Club, Lost in Translation, Buffalo 66, Trainspotting, Goodfellas, Donnie Darko, Apocalypse Now, A Clockwork Orange, Raging Bull, North by Northwest, Rushmore, Talk to Her, Children of Men, Pan's Labyrinth, Sin City, The Departed, There Will Be Blood, No Country for Old Men, Her, anything by Cassavetes... (maybe you can figure out which one of these I worked on).

True Detective, House of Cards, The Colbert Report, The Daily Show, Homeland, The Walking Dead, Archer, Boardwalk Empire, Parks & Recreation, Louie, Mad Men, Modern Family; RIP: Arrested Development, Freaks & Geeks, Lost, Six Feet Under, The Sopranos, The State, Stella, The Wire, Breaking Bad".

Why is there no art section?? If there was:
Basquiat, Lichtenstein, Sailor Jerry, Utagawa Kuniyoshi, Salvador Dali, Hiroshige, Hokusai.
The six things I could never do without
In no particular order:
• my numerous instruments
• motorcycle
• massive vinyl and CD a̶d̶d̶i̶c̶t̶i̶o̶n̶ collection
• Tivo
• baseball
• a good meal

...That's 6, right? Math is hard!
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How/why so many able-bodied humans in New York walk SO SLOW. And do they do that just to torture me? And how can one person manage to take over an entire sidewalk?

And seriously, how do so many women on here have photos with tigers? Where can I do that??
On a typical Friday night I am
I don't understand the question and I won't respond to it.

Wait, what was the question? Oh, right. Whiskey.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I like big butts and I cannot lie...

I once UNintentionally washed my own mouth out with soap. As an adult.

I can do a mediocre Christopher Walken impression.
I’m looking for
  • Straight girls only
  • Ages 24–40
  • Near me
  • For long-term dating, short-term dating
You should message me if
You agree with Aziz that dating is stupid but want to meet up anyway because you're not:

You think we'd get along.

You stand out from the crowd.

You are just as willing to write me first.

You're interested in being on the guestlist for the band, going to a film screening, going to a wrap party, sharing my NY Mets season tickets (Red Sox games work for me too! I am part of the Nation), taking a ride on my motorcycle, or taking a trip overseas.

You're tattooed and/or a music fiend (preferably both).

You have an LA face with an Oakland booty.

You can explain sarcasm to me. I just don't get it.

Any of the above applies to you.

Long dark hair and blue eyes gets me every time...

Face it, it's either me or this:
