My self-summary
I throw my head back when I laugh.

"There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening, that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one you in all time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and will be lost." - Martha Graham

Just got back from a month long road trip down the west coast, Vancouver to LA. Anyone else been to the Olympic Peninsula?
What I’m doing with my life
I work in the film industry for an org that gives funding and mentorship to women documentary directors.

Things I like to do generally: ride my bike, start living room dance parties, eat brunch, play softball/catch, read, look at art, sing karaoke, lay in the park/on the beach, make out, eaves drop/people watch, play Taboo. Recently became obsessed with hiking while on the west coast. Anyone into NY hikes?
I’m really good at
Having really weird and detailed dreams, especially about whomever I'm laying next to. And I'm a pretty great kisser.
The first things people usually notice about me
Hair, glasses, smile, boobs.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
“If you go home with somebody, and they don't have books, don't fuck 'em!” ― John Waters

Midnight's Children, One Hundred Years of Solitude, What is the What, Invisible Man, Dress Your Family in Corduroy and Denim, No One Belongs Here More Than You, Interpreter of Maladies, Beloved, Mufaro's Beautiful Daughters, Game of Thrones series, Dragon Tattoo series.

I see most movies through film festivals, which I go to often for work, so I watch a lot documentaries. Fave festival film I've seen this year: Ne Me Quitte Pas, totally devastating.

I like all kinds of music. Recently obsessed with Jarocho music - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cDqGs2jtFHc
The six things I could never do without
My best friend/family, sunshine, creativity and expression, fun, feeling free, stimulating conversation/critical thought.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
If I should kiss the cutie I'm talking to. What I'd do if I was rich, then how to do it anyway.
On a typical Friday night I am
Never typical. Hopefully hanging with friends, dancing, singing, thinking, and appreciating the love and life around me. Cheesy as fuck and I don't care!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I like to sing at the top of my lungs on night bike rides through Brooklyn.
You should message me if
You want to play fooseball and drink whiskey. Points if you have a hammock.
