My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I moved to Cambridge just under two years ago and I was previously living in Bristol. I can wholeheartedly recommend Bristol as a fantastic place both to visit and to live. I find myself visiting Bristol fairly regularly.

I work as an engineer. I like designing things and solving interesting problems. I'm lucky in that I can easily make a living doing exactly what I enjoy.

I identify with many typical INTJ traits. I can certainly be shy and have gone through periods of acting quite reclusive. But don't let any apparent shyness fool you, I'm passionate and loving, and filled with wonder for the world and the people it's filled with.

I consider myself to be:
- Honest and Genuine
- Kind, Gentle and Caring
- Connected to my childlike sense of fun

The term cynical romantic may apply to me.

I think it's fun to walk the long way round for no good reason.

I love to dance. Mostly this takes the form of dancing at a club with the aid of a few drinks, but I would like to explore other situations involving dancing. I suspect my dancing may be considered 'bad' :)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I go through many different hobbies in phases, but recently they have been:
- Learning to play Piano
- Indoor climbing
- Cycling & Exploring
- Cooking for friends

I'm serious about go-kart racing and have been competing in a national championship this year.

I've decided to cut out watching TV for 2015. This is proving to be an excellent idea and has given me time for many fun alternatives. I'm also making an effort to spend more time reading as a substitute.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
- Believing in the good in people
- Intellectual curiosity
- Introspection & mindfulness
- Meaningful conversation
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Scott Pilgrim vs. the world, and I love most films by Wes Anderson or Stanley Kubrick. I'm also quite partial to Quentin Tarantino.

Music has always been a significant passion. I'm currently going through a big 80s pop phase. Think: Smalltown Boy, You Spin Me Round, Temptation, Don't Go.

It turns out that I'm a massive Kate Bush fan!

I love Japanese cooking. I'm told that I make pretty good Avocado Sushi.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I spend a lot of time thinking about everything, I can't help it.
