Usually better at these. Felt like updating out of boredom. 12AM local time in Baghdad. And as much as this place can suck, there are worse bases to be stuck at out here. Joined the National Guard to get some new experiences and the technical training. The bonus and incentives weren't bad either. As far as I've come with my geekiness I realize it's still there. Love it anyway. Growing up I was reading anything even the dictionary and old encyclopedias my mom had. I'd take apart anything that broke and probably broke a few things by taking them apart. I'm the sanest rambling lunatic you can find if I'm feeling up to the subject at hand. I've taken more than my fare share of falls but I keep getting my happy ass back up. Stubborn and even now still hard set that when I am on my death bed my mantra will be "did it my way". I love music, movies, cooking, video games, romance, and combat sports. Right now when I get back home I'm set on on a two week vacation somewhere. Now I'm taking one and that's all I need to work with.

Putting my free time to at least decent use. So far A+ certified finally, and that was easier than I remembered. Last time I studied for the cert course was a bit different. Must learn a second language. When this deployment is over, sky is the limit for me.

Quite a few things. I'm not the greatest at everything. But I'm often the go-to for all sorts of questions with tech. Learn quick.

Great at cooking. Had to learn as a teenager. Got good at it and enjoy it. Mostly some of the traditional Cajun foods.

Can kick ass at video games too.

My sense of humor. Grew up on oddball comedies, dark comedies, and British sitcoms. Honed and somewhat spit polished over the years.

Physically usually get my eyes. People say I have nice eyes. Pretty eyes. I like your eyes. So that is number two.

Oh, and I can't leave out I get called interesting. Which is a nice way to say I'm an oddball. Really just that I'm not too typical.

Books: A Clockwork Orange, Batman Comics, MARVEL, DC, Image, indy comics, Chuck Palaniuk (just read Snuff), Neuromancer (need to read it again)

Movies: Battle Royal, Takashi Miike films, Tarantino, The Departed, The Warriors, Star Trek, way too many.

Music: [NIN], Alice in Chains, Soundgarden, Metallica (mostly older), Al Jourgasen's projects (Ministry and RevCo namely), Dax Riggs, Acid Bath...and the list goes on.

Food: I'll try anything. Love Cajun. Gumbo, boudin, jambalaya, Popeye's, Itallian, Pizza, and really lots I love.
