It's funny when I think about how fast I readjusted to the civilian everyday life.  I do miss the friends I had made at Fort Gordon.  But I'd be insane if I missed that place itself.  Or I should really say, being stuck in AIT. 

I like my unit.  It does suck that I came back and am processing in at a really bad time.  But it'll all work out.

The only thing that I don't like so far is trying to find a job.  Not the fact I am looking for a good opportunity.  No it is the looking for a good opportunity itself that has been the pain.  It does make me think every so often I should have just went active.

The spending time with family is nice.  Haven't seen many of my friends back here.  Need to meet new people, make new friends.  Too much doing nothing is what is getting to me.  At least back there had a good group of friends.  Just call a cab or find someone with a POV and go into Augusta on the weekends.  I have way too much free and idle time now.

However, all is well.  Things going to pick up pretty soon.  Working on it.  I'll get there.

Damn good to be back.
