I didn't really like anything I had previously written, so I'm writing a new one when I have time to sit and do it.

Right now I'm training under an executive chef, so that hopefully someday within the next 5 years i'll be able to open my own restaurant. I would love to have a headshop/bakery, and blow all my own glass, but that's a little ways down the road. I'm trying to get out more and see more of the world. Definitely thinking about moving to CO or CA but we'll see how that goes.

I can cook fairly well, I'm actually in training to be a sous chef. I'm great at listening and paying attention, sometimes too well.

Well since I cut all my hair off, probably my eyes more than likely. And I seem to have a good handshake. I've been told by old bosses that it's one reason why they hired me.

I don't read too many books, but I need to start. I do like the Harry Potter series and anything by Tom Clancy. Brandon Boyd's books are amazing, he's a really gifted individual. Here lately I've been reading The Secret Teaching Of All Ages by Manly P. Hall...I would suggest this if it's your cup of tea.

My favorite movies of all time would have to be Saving Private Ryan, Zack and Miri Make a Porno, Troy, The Town was really good, Heat, both National Treasures, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, I Love You Man. Mostly comedies but I'll watch anything really. Ancient Aliens is my shit. But so is Breaking Bad, it's pretty much the only thing I watch on tv besides How I Met Your Mother.

Music, hmm...Idk where to even begin with that one. I love Tool and Incubus. I had a life-changing moment at Bonnaroo this past year, and ever since then I've been obsessed with Radiohead. Anything Thom Yorke, really. But there's also Red Hot Chili Peppers, Kings Of Leon, 311, Sublime, most electronic music, just now bro-step (skrillex, for example), Bassnectar, The Black Keys, Mumford and Sons, Bob Marley, any reggae really, toubab krewe, STS9, all classic Rock ie: Led Zeppelin, Rush, Bob Dylan, The Doors, Pink Floyd, all that stuff. Lately I've been listening to Radiohead religiously almost. There's a long story behind it but that'll come some other day.

Favorite food would definitely be seafood. I love mexican and japanese, too.

How my life could be if I had done some things different. Am I going to do anything where I'll be remembered and put my mark on history. When will I find my "one".

Nowadays, nothing really, just like any other night. I'll go to friends' houses and hang out though. I prefer to stay away from "clubs" but you never know. The Acoustic Coffeehouse is a pretty good time.
