I'm focused, intelligent, well traveled, and dependable. Totally hate writing about myself and find it hard to balance the "I'm the best thing since pockets on a shirt" to "I'm a total bore to be around."

I'm active- I run 5ks and have done half marathons. I ride a bicycle in warmer weather. I workout 3-5 times per week. At 6 ft and 170lbs I take good care of myself - who else will do it if I don't? That said I believe attractiveness and being sexy is more than a weight or size.

I'm confident- I know what I'm good at and do it well. I'd rather have a close group of a few good friends than a lot of acquaintances.

I spent over 20 years in the Navy as a professional musician. I've played for Presidents, foreign dignitaries, and traveled extensively in Europe. After retiring (at 38) I moved to corporate America and hold a management job at a company here in Memphis. I do photography now to scratch my artistic itch as I'm no longer actively playing music. I'm saving like a mad man to retire for good as soon as possible.

Photography - I love the creative aspect. I am not an Olan Mills type photographer - that's what Wal-Mart is for. I do boudoir, landscape, cars, and people. I'm good with computers and can do all the basic maintenance on cars - totally love cars. I love detailing my cars on a Saturday - it's a total zen time for me. When I have my chops in shape I'm a good trumpet player too.

It's not like people I meet come up and tell me the answer to this one. I'll revisit this.

TV - don't have cable. Netflix and Hulu Plus give me what little I watch. LOVE Supernatural, enjoy Glee, Walking Dead, Mythbusters. Please, no reality based TV at all because it's not, and no singing contests. Much better things to do with my time. I probably watch 2 hours of TV a week.

Music
Being a musician most of my life I appreciate most music and enjoy a wide variety. Live jazz - small groups to big bands, I love the massive talent it takes to master this idiom. Frank Sinatra, Van Halen, Rush, Incognito, Frank Zappa, Kansas

French Fries!! Good steak, chicken, Chinese, Hot and Spicy wings, fresh grilled fish - Tuna, Mahi Mahi, asparagus
Broccoli, Grilled Cheeseburgers, Penne Arrabiata, Insalada Caprese, bruschetta, good wine (red is my favorite), amber beers (microbrews for the win!), and home made chocolate chip cookies - from scratch.

- Creating art. Be it music or photographs.
- Warm weather. Love the feel of the sun on my face and body.
- Music. Jazz, classical, alternative.....
- French Fries. REALLY good ones. With the skin on, fried in peanut oil.
- Chocolate. Of some kind.
- Sex. Absolutely has to be on the list. ;-)

How vast the universe is and how incredible the minds of humans are. We have come so far so fast - 110 years ago we had just flown our first airplane. Now we can put car sized remote controlled robots on another planet and access the collected knowledge of man on a smart phone we carry in our pocket. The fact that we all come from star dust is just icing on the cake. Truly incredible.

Usually board gaming with friends. No, not Monopoly or Sorry. Take a look at Board Game Geeks online - those kind of games. Yep - total geek.

We have an open marriage. We've been involved in the lifestyle on and off for quite sometime and have now ventured into seeing others separately.
