I like Italian pop music, though I don't really speak Italian at all. I just memorize the words (in Italian - I have no idea what they mean in English).
I also like coffee. I pick up a half-pound at a local roastery every week and grind it just prior to leaving for work each morning.
As a gay Christian, I tend to be somewhat knowledgeable about theology. I have come to realize that I can be both gay and Christian without those two being in conflict with each other. Sites like gayChristian.net and http://www.jeramyt.org/ have helped me come to terms with myself. I'm basically a 4-point calvinist.
I value the good friends that I have in my life. I enjoy having people that I can be honest with and trust. I used to not have that for a long time, so I value it now. I like my fun-loving friends who don't care if I'm fun loving or not. Sometimes I have times when I'm feeling kinda quiet its nice feel like its ok if I don't really say much.
