I am intellectual, goofy, and sleepy.

My Self-Summary

I'm a tech geek.. I'm into all the usual things introverted college aged men like. Video games, computers, if it's got electricity going through it I probably like it. In addition to that, I am an avid football fan, and basketball to a lesser extent.

I'm not in college though, been done for some time now and I have a great career going.

My sense of humor is well tuned towards the surreal.

I have a generally laid back personality, my politics and interests are admirably balanced and I like to try new things. I am open minded in most respects, I keep all my opinions for work. ;)

What I’m doing with my life

I have a critically successful professional career that I have been working hard at for several years. I work for a very large company doing all sorts of cool stuff.

I'm a computer programmer by trade, and it takes up a decent amount of my time, as well as related subjects.

I've done pretty well in a few short years so I am wondering what to do with the other 30 or 40 years.

I’m really good at

Anything computer related. I've been studying it since before high school, and I've gotten very good at what I do.

I also am very interested in science, sociology, politics, and all those other liberal arts. Therefore I can hold a conversation in these topics pretty damn well.

I'm a human encyclopedia. I have a ridiculous amount of useless trivial knowledge that I compile because I seem to be cursed with the ability to memorize almost anything I read or hear.

The first things people usually notice about me

I'm quite skinny. Also that I wear a jacket in mid-summer heat for no obvious reason.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Including but not limited to...

Books: Siddartha, H2G2, America by John Stewart

Movies: Saving Private Ryan, Snatch, The Departed

TV: BSG, House, Charlie Rose, Real Time with Bill Maher, Countdown with Keith Olbermann

Music: KMFDM, Nirvana, Juno Reactor, Sneaker Pimps

Food: Almost anything

The six things I could never do without

The internet, some sort of computer, a jacket, salad dressing, coca-cola, and uhh... I suppose I could not survive with water. So that's as valid as anything.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

my desperate desire to not have to wake up every morning at 7:27AM.

And lots of work related stuff.

On a typical Friday night I am

Watching a movie, playing some sort of game, cleaning, or sleeping.

Occasionally I drive up to Tampa to hang out with the people I know there.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I am a cuddle bug.

You should message me if

You don't find skinny guys entirely distasteful.

If you are smart, preferably out of college.

Prove to me that you can string sentences together and I may just reply.

I am well read and I keep up on current events quite closely, and I reciprocate to people who do as well.
