My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I tend to be quiet initially and prefer to observe a situation rather than be a part of it. I enjoy having a laugh, sometimes at my expense, sometimes at other peoples, but only when that laugh is in good humour. I believe that I am intelligent and possess a reasonable amount of common sense.

I’m conservative when it comes to risk, and I like to calculate a fair bit. I value good friendships and resent those that take advantage consistently without offering anything in return. I have above average computer skills, and have a healthy enjoyment and interest in technology.

I tend to flirt a little, sometimes intentionally, sometimes unintentionally. That said, I am not here looking sex, or for secret relationships, or do to things with people that I wouldn't be happy to do in front of my partner, or anything along those lines. I'm Just looking for open minded friends, who are potentially interested in coming to BBQ's, having dinner parties, movie nights, or other social type gatherings.

As my status shows, I am married, which is why I am/we are only looking for friends.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Pondering business ideas
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Finding ways to do things that other people say cannot be done.

Understanding why computers do not always do the things that they are meant to and fixing the underlying issue… of course sometimes fixing the problem involves explaining to people why they are being unrealistic in their expectations of the computer in the first place.

Wasting untold amounts of time online when I should probably be doing more productive things.

Cooking steak.
The first things people usually notice about me

I actually have no idea, but I would guess that most people initally think that I am quiet.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
I like most books, they tend to absorb me when I start reading, even the "bad" ones. I like horror movies, action movies, drama, even the odd romantic comedy... not to mention comedies... heck, I'll watch pretty much anything, and read pretty much anything.

TV Series.... Medical, Crime, Sci-Fi, Supernatural, Super powers, Mystery.... again, I can watch pretty much anything. It has to have a very thin plot or be repetitive to the point of being brain numbing before I couldn’t watch something.

Music - I can take or leave, I enjoy it but I'm not a fan to the point of being able to recite song or band names. I know lyrics and beats, I can sing along, but music isn't something that I dedicate time into being up to speed on.

Food - I have a passion for, I enjoy good food, I like to cook when it is not just for myself and when other people enjoy it as well. I should probably add food shows to my tv series list as well actually.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
The Internet
Good food
A car
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What I should be doing, rather than actually doing it. I am a great procrastinator, and overall I am probably pretty lazy, but only from the point of view that I would spend a week designing and thinking of a way to save myself time on something I find boring or tedious. I like to think about how to optimise things and make them more efficient. Wasted effort and wasted opportunity just bug me on some level, I do not really know how else to explain it.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Playing World of Warcraft
Watching episodes of TV series
Watching movies
Fixing or tweaking a computer
Ordering a meal from a restaurant
Chatting online

Or some combination of the above
The most private thing I’m willing to admit

I prefer to share my private life with my friends. I answered a bunch of questions on the site, just ask me directly if you would like to know anything more specific.
