My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I have three basic sides- a creative side, a social side, and a nature side and they all exist pretty much in equal parts.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I work as a graphic designer at an ad agency by day and I perform as a keyboardist in an indie rock band by night. In between I love going out with my many great friends who work in creative fields, trying all the great things Austin has to offer.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Songwriting. But besides that- I'm a great listener. Girls also tend to notice that I'm good at things like picking which shoes they should wear with an outfit, although I don't necessarily enjoy doing it ALL the time ;)
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Usually I can make people laugh pretty quickly. I'm good with a quick retort and I like people who are open to good back-and-forth. If you're down with witty repartee, please message me.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia, Mystery Science Theater 3000, the (American) Office, really any smart irreverent comedy. I don't tend to watch a lot of TV but the shows I like I'll keep going back to for repeated laughs. I also like shows like "Dexter", darker shows that still keep a bit of wit about them.

Music? Some people say I'm a music snob, but I don't think that's accurate. As a musician there are just certain things that turn me on about music, and others are turnoffs. I like a good melody, first and foremost. My favorite writer is Paul McCartney, so you see where I'm coming from there. I like a band's instrumentation to sound genuine, not trendy, and for the songs themselves to not sound formulaic. This encompasses a lot of bands, but there are also a lot of bands that it doesn't include, which I guess is where the "snob" comes in. :) you'll just have to ask me to know more.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The universe and when would be the right time to get a cat.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
In. Or out. Depends on the Friday!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm actually who I say I am. (Crazy, I know)
