Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm in Racine for the next couple of months, heading over to teach
ESL in Eastern Europe in late June. Looking for friends to do nerdy
things with in the meantime!
Me in 5 words or less: I'm a little odd.
Me in too many words: I'm nice to a fault usually, but I like to
have a good time and joke around. I have a very unique, sarcastic
sense of humor. I'm a little shy at first, but once I warm up, it's
like we've known each other forever. Um... I like movies on
occasion, pretty much anything outdoors, etc. The phrase "jack of
all trades and the master of none" was invented for me. I like to
write casually, and would like to write a book someday, but my
train of thought runs off the tracks a little too often. I'm
completely random, and am often times in my own little world,
completely at odds with the common thread of thought in a room. In
my world, frequent use of ... is proper grammar. I'm a sucker for
shy girls with dimples. Just once in my life, I'd like to say
"please, no autographs" in a way that's not an attempt at humor. I
like to arrange lists in paragraph form. I think I'm much funnier
than I actually am.
What I'm Looking for in a Woman: I'm not really a "has a type" kind
of guy. I find women with curves attractive. I like probing eyes
and a smile that says "I'm having the time of my life."
Intelligence and a good sense of humor is a must (though if you've
already read this far, I'm certain you gathered that.) Someone that
likes to hold hands and stare at me while I'm staring back at them
is a definite plus. She should like to have a good time going out
for a little debauchery on occasion, but like staying at home and
chilling on the couch too. Most of all, I'm looking for someone
that enjoys my company just as much as I enjoy theirs.
These quotes sum up what I'm looking for out of life:
"Immature love says: 'I love you because I need you.' Mature love
says 'I need you because I love you.'"
"Teach this triple truth to all: A generous heart, kind speech, and
a life of service and compassion are the things which renew
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Going to school, getting a teaching degree... Almost done, thank
your deity of choice. Looking forward to shaping the minds of other
people's children... The world will never be safe again...
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
- Interacting with kids / teens. They like me, I like teaching them
- Making other people happy.
- Making other people laugh.
- Writing academic papers and whatnot (yeah, boring, I know... but
I'm good at it...)
- Writing things that are funny to me but other people don't
comprehend (I'm guessing.)
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My dashing good looks.
My friendliness towards pretty much everyone.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Something to read
2. Friends to entertain / entertain me
3. My quirky/goofy/annoying yet lovable family
6. Chopsticks (I put this in protest of this being a list of 6
things... 6, really? Who make a top 6 list? Stick with 5 or 10,
they're tried and true...)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
History (my degree) and my future. I like to plan things out (and
rarely follow the plan, but whatever) based on things that happened
in the past... And funny word play, I like to think about that
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Umm... fixing my car, Redditing, whatever. If my Fridays were
filled up, I wouldn't be on here...
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Wow... um, I have no idea what this means really... How about "I
love Meow Mix commercials?" That sounds good.
