Hi I'm Dustan, I just recently moved to Davenport and would love to meet some new people. I'm originally from Washington, which is around the Iowa City area but moved to Chicago for six years for college and a job for a few years. I moved here for a job in computer programming and a much better situation in general. I am a strange mix of easy going and incredibly passionate. It may seem like conflicting personalities and really it is but once you meet me you'll see what I'm talking about. I love to watch sports (mostly football) and play video games with friends. I like to just be social and I'm not much for just sitting around and doing nothing for too long. I'm looking for someone to share time with and get to know the city and simply have a good time, the rest will take care of itself.

I have graduated with a bachelors degree in computer programming and recently a masters degree in business with a focus of project management. I am now working as a computer programer and things are starting to look really good on the career front.

Making people laugh, problem solving, and basically just being that guy that people can count on. As long as people are good to me I will be more than good to them.

I would say my attitude is what people most notice. I have a pretty big one and people find out, usually if I'm meeting someone new my first job is to get them to at least smile...Unless I'm at the DMV, that doesn't count.

Books: I mostly read Fantasy novels, R.A. Salvatore is my favorite author. I also like some Sci-Fi but mostly just Orson Scott Card. I used to read a lot but recently I haven't gotten to as much (though a new Salvatore book comes out in March so that will be read probably by the end of that week).

Movies:Fight Club is my favorite movie. Other than that I like almost any movie besides the hard dramas. To list a few current favorites besides the all time Fight Club I would say Nightmare Before Christmas (mostly due to the time of year), Aliens, Horrible Bosses, Taken, Zombieland, and basically anything with Will Smith.

Music: I listen to mostly Rock, my favorite band is Avenged Sevenfold and the rest is just based on what Pandora gets me hooked on haha. Currently I'm listening to a lot of Adelita's Way and Breaking Benjamin. But there will be those days that I break out the old Matchbox 20 :).

Food: I basically like anything you can find at a home style BBQ (except brats). I also like Pasta and green veggies. Oh and Bacon, but who doesn't like bacon?

2. Communication of some kind (phone, computer, etc...)
3. Chicago Bears
4. Wallet and Keys (paranoid about losing them)
5. Father (I have massive respect for my father and is the one person I can trust with anything).
6. Steak (good old steak, don't think I could live without them for too long haha).

I think about a lot of things but mostly what the future could bring, theories based on social trends (such as human development through ages), how I can improve next, and sometimes I just think about how cool it would be to be a super hero, I know kind of childish but not gonna lie haha.

Hanging out with friends and doing basically anything we can think of haha. I've never been a "Why?" guy, I've always been a "Why not?" guy, so if you have a good idea for Friday night let me know.

Every time I watch Lion King, I cry when Mufasa dies and Simba tries to wake him up. Not manly at all but it is so damn sad!
