I have an easy laugh and a big smile. I love spontaneous acts and tend to prefer all things off-the-beaten path. I love being active, chocolate, music, honesty, humor, warm nights with cool breezes, novels, graphic novels, NPR, Daily Show, jazz and blues, indie movies, conversing while cooking, chicken strips with hot sauce, drinking margaritas in the sunshine, being in bed, trail hiking, my jeans, the farmer's market, lazing about on my dad’s front porch in the warm weather, a bar with a good jukebox, and any down and dirty bbq shack. I love inappropriate humor, double entendres and things so funny they make you cry.

1) Petulance, jealousy and pettiness are not part of my job description, so if you are into drama - I am definitely not your girl.

Music: There are far too many music snobs in Chicago and I believe music is meant to be enjoyed not used as a judging stick. I love music, any and all (well, most) kinds. So if you're a die hard Brit pop fan, or some kind of techno-trance junkie, or if jam bands are your scene, that's fine! But don't discriminate. I'm an equal opportunity kinda girl and I welcome all recommendations. That said, my favorites would be Buddy Guy, RL Burnside, Weezer, Rilo Kiley, Eva Cassidy, Avett Brothers, Black Keys, Simon and Garfunkel, Old Crow Medicine Show...really, tip of the iceberg...

Food: YUM.
