I am musical, unconventional, and communicative.

My Self-Summary

Ok, so I haven't posted a proper picture because I don't want to "out" myself online. I live in a small community and would rather not sprawl my personal life for others to see. I am a bit of a community enthusiast and fear that my relationship styles would be misunderstood.

That said, I'm a queer, (bisexual), polyamorous woman who lives with her cat, (god I'm one of them ;) ). I'm always open to whatever may transpire, but I'm not in any hurry to begin a "serious" relationship. I'm looking for new friends, mostly.

I have wonderful outlets for almost all areas in my life, except this one, so I'm mostly looking to connect with like-minded people. I was told OKC was a poly-friendly place, so here I am.

I'm a musician, (singer/songwriter). I also work on the computer and own my own business. I've dipped my toes in so many pools! Natural building and cob, crochet, Blokus, Scrabble, marimba, dancing, acting, poetry and spoken word, kayaking, canning, gardening, sprouting, bike maintenance. I have made my own clothes, love to rescue old and make new. I love to cycle, it keeps me sane. I also think bicycles (and the people who ride them) are sexy. Other things I find sexy: chopping wood, thinking for oneself and having an exuberance for life.

I'm in love with non-violent communication and thrive on good communication. Group-facilitated self-exploration feeds me.

I'm pretty straight edge, (go figure). I don't drink, don't smoke and have a very restricted diet, (mostly vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, etc). This has also made me very creative with food, (cooking, of course). I can do a lot with very few ingredients.

I'm a very loving person and love to express, well, everything. I feel most comfortable when I know how others are doing/feeling. I'm fairly direct and can be stubborn. I'm quick to feel and quick to heal. I try to put every bit of energy I have to use and sometimes forget to give myself time to rest. It has been said of me that "she's so passionate that she could power entire third world countries on enthusiasm alone".

I dream of a world where everyone is evolved, healthy and involved.

What I’m doing with my life

I moved far away from where I grew up and started a new life about 5 years ago. This will always be home more than "home" ever was. I love it here!

I try to live with purpose and stay true to my ideals as much as possible. I weave social justice and environmental activism into most of what I do, (my business, my music).

What I want most out of this life is to help others awaken to their potential both individually and collectively. I believe the theme of my life is "communication" and I use it in its many forms, (singing, writing... to help heal the earth, connect people, move people, challenge the status quo and open up to new possibilities.

I’m really good at

Singing. Teaching. Communicating. Writing. Performing. Sleeping. Laughing. Cooking.

The first things people usually notice about me

My red hair and fiery personality. My voice.

On a typical Friday night I am

At home on the computer or with friends.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

Not much.

You should message me if

you want to.
