I'm a laid-back guy, but very ambitious. I'm sarcastic at times, reserved just as much, but always like looking for new adventures and a good laugh along the way.

Some of my favorite things include weathered t-shirts, red wine, the smell of smoked bbq, running in the rain, freezing cold beer in a frosty mug, a nice clean shave, a 3-day beard, an early morning bike ride, and so on and so on...

It's been tough the past few (ok, more than a few) years being a Redskins fan, but hey, I can't help it. I'm also a big baseball fan and played all my life. Settling into the softball realm has been fun though.

What I’m doing with my life

Working, playing, and all the in between stuff. I like to keep a nice balance of relaxation and hard work. I'm an accountant, but do design work on the side for my brother's company. I coach baseball for a travel 15-16 year old team. Flag football is starting soon and I'm currently training for a sprint triathlon.

I’m really good at

Drawing. Mainly portraits, caricatures, cartoons... Oh and throwing a spiral. All men should be able to.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Grisham is my favorite author. Also James Patterson. As far as movies, I like a good drama or action, but love a good dumb comedy. Dumb comedy should be an actual genre. I like all types of music, from Robert Earl Keen to Brad Paisley to Mos Def. For some reason the summer time brings out the country in me. Nothing like kicking back to some Toby Keith and having a few beers with friends. Food... hmm everything. But especially Italian.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Right now, college football. But most days I'm thinking about how to improve on an aspect of my life. Living is learning, and in order to learn you need to think.

On a typical Friday night I am

Normally I start thinking about what I'll do that night at about 4:00. I'm a guy, that's just what happens. I could find myself at happy hour, relaxing at home, or grilling out with some friends.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I saw Love Actually in the theaters with my mom. She appreciated it, even though a few scenes were beyond awkward.

If you like curling up watching a movie on a random night, also a plus. I'm not big into the "club" scene, but like the occasional night on the town. Oh and I can't ride a horse, but if you can I think that's pretty hot.
