My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I grew up in Louisiana & lived in California for many years (miss it!). I moved to Atlanta for a job promotion & to get closer to my family. I've made some great friends & love my eclectic neighborhood, but I am not attached to the city as a whole. I like to explore life - travel, meet new people, be creative, but also like to have my down time to let my brain breathe & just chill, preferably in the outdoors. I like to be affectionate. Try not to take life too seriously, but try to also live consciously. Love anything vintage, NPR & off-beat films. I'm very independent, but would love to find someone to join me in riding the waves of life.

I can honestly say that I do not have a "type" that I am looking for, but my friend corrected me & said "you do too have a type, you like those earthy, arty, intellectuals." Sounds pretty accurate, so maybe I do. What is really important is that he be open-minded. You never really know what someone is going through, so I try to cut people slack. I am attracted to people who walk their own path & speak their mind & are comfortable in their own skin. Someone who looks good without trying or caring. Someone who is comfortable going to a rockabilly festival, but just as comfortable going to an upscale Jazz club. I like & need diversity. It makes life so much more interesting.
