I have a very active personality. I enjoy intellectual conversation. I pay attention to the details of life and in turn, I ask a lot of questions. I find current events and the state of the world fascinating. My heart is for people who are broken and lost. I am finishing my education and am excited to see where that will take me.
I find it impossible to summarize myself in a few paragraphs. Often times I tend to have somewhat of a differing view and opinion than most when evaluating life and what is most important. For myself, one the most valuable questions a person can ask is "why?". That simple question challenges everything a person has ever known and leaves much to be discovered. I look at society, history, current events, and my own journey in a critical fashion. "That's just who I am and no one is going to change me" is one of the most ignorant statements a person can make. We all have areas in which improvement should be welcomed. I hope never to find myself in a place of complacency. Life is about growing, exploring, and discovering the unknown. I see many people who seem to live in a comfort zone, immersed in materialism, false security, and have forgotten what the true purpose of life is. I challenge myself in these areas as well and as a result, find that I am constantly changing in many areas of my life through recent years.
I enjoy both discussing and listening to those with differing opinions concerning most aspects of life. More often than not, each person will possess a valid point, leaving the individual to judge a topic based on their moral values(or lack of them).
On the lighter side of things, I spend a lot of my time around family. I have a wonderful nephew and a niece on the way. The further I travel in life, the more I find value in time spent with the people closest to me. For the record, my 4 year old nephew can hold his own when it comes time for us to fight a few zombies on black ops!
