Here are some more snippets for the rest of you:
-I'm on OKCupid because I would like to be in a relationship. Someday I'd like to have a kid that isn't a dog. You're not going to find me in a bar and I work for myself, so here I am.
-Here's my disclaimer for some of you. I lived in Manhattan for 9 years, but I decided enough was enough and bought a big old house house in the Hudson Valley. So I'm an hour north, and I come down regularly for clients, dates, and friend dinners. There aren't many opportunities for dating up here, so thats why I keep my location on OKCupid as NYC. I'm working towards having an apartment in the city and the house up here. (and a cabin in the Catskills)
-my personality type is literally the rarest. luckily for you, I come with an instruction manual.
-Photography is all I've ever known. I started in the pre-Instagram age of darkrooms and film at the age of 14 and I've never done much else. My money comes from photographing very expensive weddings all over the world and sometimes getting a little jealous of the love I document
-Peekamoose swimming hole and Lake Awosting are my two favorite swimming spots. I'll take you anytime.
-i am interested in feminine, confident, ambitious, opinionated, educated, self aware, curious women. I am not interested in masculine, busyholic, dominant controllers looking for a quiet guy to balance them. I'm introverted, but not shy or passive AT ALL. I have a whole lot of opinions and ambition. I'm looking for a partner that might help me grow in ways I haven't and vice versa. I believe in working efficiently, choosing my friends wisely, and savoring my experiences so that I don't have to fill my calendar to feel fulfilled and accomplished. the main thing that introvert means for you is that I strongly prefer one on one time to one on 20 time.
-I lean liberal on most things politically, but after growing up in the south, I have empathy for conservatives (but not ignorant, racist homophobic ones). Morale of the story is that I am serious about being a centrist and listening to viewpoints that I disagree with.
