My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Just a good guy making his way in the city. Born in the Midwest, lived on both coasts, and having traveled through a good part of the world, I keep an open mind and always love new experiences while taking comfort in the familiarity of the known and everyday. I have my dreams, just like everyone else, and I'm looking for someone to share them with...or to create our own.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I work in digital marketing and really enjoy what I do, and I'm also trying to focus on other interests as well. At the least, I want to live life to its fullest, continue to challenge myself, but not take things too seriously. Easier said than done, especially since we're all creatures of habit, especially me. I try to keep balance in my life and keep perspective on what's really important, all while having fun along the way!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Listening. Bringing calm when there is a storm. Cooking. Planning. Thinking.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out! smile or my eyes. Or both.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

TV: Mad Men, Homeland, Downton Abbey, True Blood, Revolution. I used to watch Glee but lost interest. I always can find something to watch on HGTV or Lifetime for Women (and gay men). I hear 24 is coming back and can't wait for that. I can always watch re-runs of Will & Grace, West Wing, Sex and the City, ER and, of course, the Golden Girls.

Movies: Lincoln, A Separation, Almodovar movies, The Silence of the Lambs, Steel Magnolias, Lord of the Rings, La Vie en Rose, 28 Days/28 Weeks Later, Star Wars, any Michael Moore movie, and some other documentaries that I can't remember the titles of but were very eye opening.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Freshly ground, freshly brewed coffee
My passport
Coca-Cola (when I travel, Coke Zero when I'm at home)
Chocolate (milk and dark. Dark when I want to be healthy. Milk when I want to be indulgent.)
My iPhone
My family and friends
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
My life, my future, the state of affairs, how the world is changing so rapidly, and the future of society.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
going out with friends for a nice dinner and then a drink, or seeing a movie, or just a drink. Occasionally I just get the urge to stay at home and watch a movie.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
that I clean my own apartment, and rather enjoy it (at times, there are limits).
