My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I don't really care to summarize myself because I think I may be a bit biased. Put simply I am many things, but humble enough to realize at the same time I am nothing in the grand scheme of things. I believe that, in the cosmic sense of things, even our planet is small and insignifcant; therefore making my existance much more peaceful than most. There are many facets to everyone's personaility and therefore I choose not to list mine but encourage the reader to find out (is that not the point of a site like this?). Just know that my interests are many and varied, but my dreams are big and driven. Food is but one of my dreams, and at this moment in my life is at the forefront. The rest of my dreams are quite personal but I dont mind sharing upon request.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Living, loving, and trying to make the world a happier place one plate at a time.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I'm a pretty bomb chef, seriously. If you think you can cook better than me bring it, and if by some odd chance you're a better cook than me I will literally grovel at your feet afterwards.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
It would probably have to be my eyes, they're a pretty nice shade of blue. Or my somewhat outlandish sense of humor.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, anything about food,The Count of Monte Christo, and I can keep going but brevity is sweet.

Movies: The Big Lebowski, Fight Club, Gran Torino, The Last Samurai, and many more

Shows: Archer, Bob's Burgers, Wilfred, Game of Thrones, Hulu ftw baby.

Music: my music tastes are pretty open, as long as there's depth to it and it's not following the 5-7 rule i can probably enjoy it.

Food: anything and everything, tops are Bacon (how can you not love bacon), cured pork products in general. True Latin cuisine, and if I didn't stop myself now this would be the longest section of my profile.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
The Pig (as in the animal, and all its wonderful meats)
My cat, her name is Charlie and she's a basket case, I love it.
Food (culture, science, everything about it.)
Release (not necessarily sexual, it could be a nightcap after work, or a bottle of wine and a plate of hummus with friends at the end of a long work week)
My gaming console (which is also my portal to movies and T.V.)
And hopefully a healthy, fit, lifestyle (this is still a work in progress, which is a good thing right?)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The Pain in our world and of the human condition. Pain is such a driving force in the world today, part of being human is learning to not just cope with it, but harness it. redirect the pain to something usefu,l like becoming a better person.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Working, unfortunately always. But I do get off relatively early so I try to go out and have a decent time still, and there's a nice bar right next to where i work, where i can get a pretty good craft cocktail.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I work in an open kitchen, so i figure this goes without saying, but I'll say it anyways. If I haven't met you in real life please don't approach me at work and say "Oh, Hey i saw you on OKC, whats up." You will not get a reply. My coworkers know I'm on OKC, but that doesnt mean you can abuse it. :)
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You're a fellow foodie, or if you just want to, if you feel like chatting about astronomy, or b.s. about alternate planes of reality and consciousness, or ponder the scope and breadth of our world with me.
