My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I would describe myself as honest, genuine, driven, and open-minded.

Digital Product Designer by day, startup nerd by night. Cyclist, photographer, Hawkeyes fan, rusty musician, and wannabe chef in-between. Optimist always.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Outside of work I love to try new things and spend time getting better at the things I already like to do. I am training for the NYC Century Ride this fall and I spend a few hours a week volunteering for a non-profit back in Minnesota.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: Rework & Once You're Lucky, Twice You're Good. Also making my way through Gotham (slowly).

Movies: The Blues Brothers, Boondock Saints, Dazed and Confused, That Thing You Do, and many others.

Shows: The Newsroom, Mad Men, House of Cards, Orange is the New Black, Dexter, and Breaking Bad.

Music: Way too much to list here, but some recent favorites include The Black Keys, Awolnation, Gaslight Anthem, OAR, Gramatik, Pretty Lights, Kinetics, The Roots, Muse, Imagine Dragons, Silversun Pickups, Mutemath, Atmosphere, Foster the People, Of Monsters and Men, Gold Fields, Metric, and The Naked and Famous.

Food: There is a lot of international cuisine I have yet to try but I seem to like just about anything; favorites thus far being Thai, Indian, Mexican, and seafood.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Friends / Family
Music
Laughter
My bike
A camera
Internets
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How I can sneak in after-hours and fly down the High Line on my bike.
