My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I think too much. I weigh the pros and the cons from about 7 different angles on just about everything. I may not be able to decide what I want to eat tonight, but I do know what I don't like. Creative, reflective, meditative, great imagination, at times I can be idealistic and have abstract concepts. I keep searching and learning and growing. Honest to the point of bluntness, but kind enough to ask you if you are sure you want to hear the answer.

I like movies, books, music, art - most culturally derived functions. Swimming, bicycling, and yoga- I haven't done much of this lately, but would love to start back up. I like to try new things, but get tired of being the 'Idea Person'. Reserved, but adventuresome. Quiet, but smart mouth. If there is contradiction, it is probably me. Don't expect anything, because it will probably change and does on a somewhat frequent basis.

I am enigmatic, independent, and observer
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working my fingers to the bone. My job changed last year and I got the travel I always wanted, however, it was only temporary much to my dismay! Going to Iowa Wild hockeygames when I can, spending time with family and friends. Trying to convert our gaming notes from an old campaign into a book, so far so good, but more difficult than you might think. Gaming (rpg) about once every couple of months. Working on my HUGE family tree. I also read a lot of ARC's for authors and post reviews to help boost their sales and review on the book release day.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Details, organization, relaxing, laughing. Being a great sister, good aunt and mean mom. Being sarcastic. Am also good at being really lazy at times. It's a refreshing change from running around and doing everything else. =). I love to swim and it never seems to happen as much as i like, maybe i should change that.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Not really sure. My curly hair? My butt? Maybe my eyes. Guess I'll just have to ask somebody. Everyone I ask says they notice something different, but the eyes have the vote for what they remember the most.....
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

a) i read everything, but am partial to science fiction and romance (I am female after all!). Lately, i have been reading a lot of paranormal genre. Not that i don't read just about anything that i can get my hands on, but fiction tends to be my fallback.

b) i LOVE movies. I would rather watch a movie than anything else on the idiot box. I prefer action over drama and sci fi over comedy and foreign films over horror. Definitely not enough room to list all the ones that I like, I would make a terrible critic because I like all movies, they give me entertainment for an hour or so, just like they are supposed to.

c) i like most music with a few exceptions, and those are subject to change if I find something I like. I have a zune and I am always looking for new music to listen to. Some I tire of very quickly and others I never seem to get tired of. My daughter tries to get me to listen to a lot of pop music, most i don't like, but some of it is really pretty good.

d) i like to eat food. LOL - i like ethnic foods and variety. I actually cook a lot and love to find new recipes that are a breeze. I am no chef, but i am a pretty good cook. About the only stuff I don't like is the insides; liver, tripe, etc. Am allergic to some types of fish, but mostly everything else is up for the ole college try.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
realistically; food, air to breathe, and water. idealistically; money, vehicle and a place to sleep. Everything else is negotiable, I do prefer my luxuries, but I can live without them. Edit: books, I don't think I would make it very long without reading something
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
everything. Why does my daughter drive me nuts? Why are some people hypocrites? What is my next tattoo going to be? What type of character am i going to play in our next gaming campaign? Why is the cat being goofy? Why can't I find this on google? What didn't I get done today? What do I need to do tomorrow? ocean, rpg, hockey, yoga, reading, music, tattoos, travel Where is my version of Lloyd Dobler?
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
what's typical? On the computer at home, watching movies, reading books, but occasionally out and about with friends! the movies one week, hockey the next, dinner, hanging out at home, just depends on whats going on. =)
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
private? what's that? I can't think of one thing that I would not answer if I were asked. My profile is who I am today, not who I want to be.
