My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Well lets see, if one of my friends were to describe me I'm pretty sure the first few things they would list would be sarcastic, quick witted, well dressed, and filled with useless information. I just moved to NYC from spending 5 years in Rochester, NY (The city of dying companies and 3/4th of the year grey skies). I'm originally from San Antonio, TX, but moved to NY for school. I don't have an accent and many people are surprised when I tell them I was born and raised in TX. I do say "Ya'll" so i guess Texas got me on that. I went to school for advertising photography and hope to make something of my degree here in the city.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
As of lately? Lets see, finding interesting and unique places in the city, trying to find my dream job in the city, and spending most, if not all, of my money buying tickets for concerts of all the bands I've wanted to see while stuck in San Antonio and Rochester.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Remembering useless facts and random things about people. You shouldn't be surprised if I say something like "No, you were wearing the grey jacket and black boots from the mall the first time we we're here". I've got a visual memory, I was one of those kids who would fall asleep in class, cram 56 chapters of art history into the night before and come out of the trial by fire with an A.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Usually the way I dress, not in a bad way though. Usually it involves people saying I look nice or asking where I got my clothes. As for physical feature, I continually get that I look foreign. So I guess whatever that means.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: I liked most of Hunter S. Thompson's work, Kurt Vonnegut, Chuck Palahniuk, David Sedaris.

Movies: So for me it tends to be more about the director then the particular movie, but Baz Luhrmann (Moulin Rouge, Romeo + Juliet), Christopher Noland (The Dark Knight, Memento, Inception), Cameron Crowe (Almost Famous, Singles, Elizabethtown), David Fischer (Seven, Fight Club, Social Network, Jean-Pierre Jeunet (Amelie, The City Of Lost Children), Darren Aronofsky (Requiem For A Dream, Pi, Black Swan)

Music: Music is probably my next line of addictions. Bright Eyes, Horse Feathers, The Kills, Handsome Furs, Crystal Castles, The Blood Brothers, Modest Mouse, First Aid Kit, Sleigh Bells, Yeah Yeah Yeah's, Laura Gibson. Overall Quite a variety, I'm willing to give everything a chance.

Food: One thing I'm not picky about at all. Pretty much anything, but I'm learning to appreciate food more and more as I live in NYC.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Of course my family who taught me about the most important things in life
My friends who taught me how to never take life too seriously
My Iphone, so I don't end up dead in sketchy parts of Brooklyn
Music that can narrate my life as it happens
That feeling of getting chills when something has an impact on you
A smile from a stranger when you realize your not smiling yourself.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Wow, I'm finally in NYC. I've thought about what it was like to move to NYC since highschool.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hopefully going out and enjoying myself. That could range from movies, concerts, bar, or even random adventures. I enjoy staying at home every here and there, but weekends time to go out and explore.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have an insatiable need to go to flea markets and thrift stores. I feel like you find the most interesting kind of things there. There's nothing more discouraging then something without a story.

I also tend to spend far too much time looking through record stores, i guess it's more the thrill of the hunt from back before you could just buy any music online or pirate it.
