My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I’ve been in New York for 9 years and I still love being here. I’ve seen some changes but when you’ve lived here long enough you know what to expect. After all these years I’m finally starting to understand how this city works. Good thing it only took me a decade!
I would describe myself as honest, kind, and sincere. At this point in my life I have a better sense of who I am. That being said, I’m always trying to better myself whether it be my health, preparing for my future, or learning from my experiences. Easier said than done, but it’s always the goal.

Health is a big part of my life, but I don't spend all day in a gym. In fact, it's probably the last place I want to be. My definition of being healthy is a great walk/ hike, lecture or just being with the right person. It's all about what makes you feel good.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I've worked in the Health and Wellness industry for the last 8 years as a Trainer and teacher. There are so many things to learn when it comes to our health and you can’t do this job unless that actually excites you. I’ve been very fortunate to have a great group of people over the years. I’ve worked with athletes to grand-mothers. No matter what their goals, the enjoyment in helping someone make a positive change is always the same.
I have my own company, in addition to teaching classes and workshops. I started my own health pursuit with boxing, then into Marathons and Triathlons. As I got a little more curious I sought out great teachers in various fields. Over the last few years I've gotten into yoga and got certified, but not actually teaching. It was more for the curiosity. I've created a nice business for myself, but I'm always curious about what else I can do. If there’s a restless feeling in me it's a desire to explore my potential.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I have wide variety of people in my life from great teachers to watching Football with good friends on Sunday. I think I adapt very well to whatever personality is in front of me. I enjoy talking and hearing a person's story. Nothing is more relaxing then being with people who allow you to be who you are.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Not sure, but I’m curious to know. I'm sure it's different for everyone.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Favorite book is "The Last American Man" By Elizabeth Gilbert. I actually went to visit and lived with the person she wrote about. It's a good story if you want to hear it. Anything by Malcolm Gladwell, Steve Jobs biography. If you are in business or want to understand why you own an Ipad or Iphone you should read this book.
I’m a huge movie fan so I can’t say just one. I’m trying to watch all the movies that have won major awards. If I had to choose, I’d pick Woody Allen’s early work, one of the first two Godfather’s or Goodfellas. I’m also a big Jack Nicholson fan. I’m curious what that says about my personality!
I have so many interest that my range in books and movies always changes.
Music... too many to choose from, but I just finished a book on George Harrison so I've recently become a fan of his solo work and the Beatles. I'm also a big fan of Alexi Murdoch, Coldplay, City and Colour, and Band of Horses.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Yoga, the beach, hope, good friends, conversation, dried mango, cappuccino, raw almonds, being close to someone, and Pizza from Staten Island (It's the best I've ever had).
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I've come to realize the main things most people think about are health, relationships, financial security, happiness, the future, where we’d like to travel, and maybe a few unanswered questions. That basically narrows it down for me.

I also think a lot about relationships. Not just male/female (which I do think about, but don't we all?). I'm fascinated by how we choose the people we want in our life.

Of course where I'd like to travel next. Most of my travelling has been through South America (Peru, Costa Rica), and parts of the U.S. This year I'll either go overseas again or travel through the West Coast to see my brother. Europe is on the list, but I'm saving that trip for the right person.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
A good class or movie, then sushi and a few beers. I prefer great day to a long night anyway.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I don't have it all figured out, but I think I'm getting close.

I'm also a very proud uncle and think about when I can see my nieces and nephew again. They've had a great impact on me and what I value. They are some of the greatest teachers of my life.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You are easy-going, fun, passionate and caring, curious, comfortable in your own skin, you are okay with being a little (or a lot) scared sometimes, Love kids, not afraid to be open and honest with how you feel, always trying to better yourself, but also know when to relax.

The online world can be a little over-whelming so please write if you actually want to get to know me better, you are curious about something I said, or you want to say something nice. Some have done that and it is always appreciated.
